I’ve been with Dugan’s since 2014 and happily renewed my contract last month! I had limited experience when I started out. Just a passion for travel and wanting to help people create an awesome vacation experience. I did a lot of research before choosing Dugan’s as my host agency. Dugan's agents are like a big family, there is always someone that has experience in what you need help with, and they are always willing to share their knowledge. During this past year, Jennifer and the management team have gone above and beyond my expectations from weekly zoom sessions, ongoing training, moral support, and providing tools to use to assist us in maintaining and growing our agencies through difficult times. Even though I only wanted to work part-time on my travel business, Dugan"s Travels offers all the availability, resources, support and encouragement as if I were a full-time travel business. Almost 26 1/2 years in the industry with Dugan's Travels. Still the best decision I ever made. Top notch agency with lots of webinars, and in person events. Very supportive team and agents who help each other out. You are never alone, someone is there to help every step of the way.
Dugan's University held in Anaheim each year is the best way to learn, interact with suppliers, management and the other agents. A lot of aha moments happen when everyone comes together.

I've been with Dugan's Travels for 8 months and have received an incredible amount of training. As a new agent, access to webinars with BDMs and training modules in DUonline are extremely helpful. Dugan's also has a new online community for agents to connect and get support. I find the other agents helpful and friendly. Learning the client management system, suppliers and destinations can be overwhelming but Dugan's gives us many tools to help us be successful.

I joined Dugan's Travel as a host agency in 2024. I am very happy I chose them. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. They support their agents via multiple modalities (Facebook, email, help-desk, etc). They offer many online opportunities to become more comfortable with working with them as well as more comfortable with suppliers. I can't wait to attend a in person event which they offer as well. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate to join.

I came from a host agency that was not good and in fact stole commissions from the agents. I was on the search several years ago for a new host agency and came across Dugan's, I set up a time to talk and was very impressed. Dugan's gives you all the tools you need to succeed in this business. They offer trainings, events, and support. The owner is caring and wants you to succeed. They offer different promotions to pay you more commission and goals to achieve. I am so happy I found Dugan's and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to joint the Travel industry.
