I’ve been with Dugan’s since 2014 and happily renewed my contract last month! I had limited experience when I started out. Just a passion for travel and wanting to help people create an awesome vacation experience. I did a lot of research before choosing Dugan’s as my host agency. Dugan's agents are like a big family, there is always someone that has experience in what you need help with, and they are always willing to share their knowledge. During this past year, Jennifer and the management team have gone above and beyond my expectations from weekly zoom sessions, ongoing training, moral support, and providing tools to use to assist us in maintaining and growing our agencies through difficult times. I joined Dugan’s Travels two months ago with no travel agency experience. I researched several independent travel agencies and concluded that Dugan’s Travels was the best one for me to join. They have an excellent training program that helps you get started with your business quickly. There are also numerous additional training opportunities available to you as a travel agent. The process for account setup was easy. The team from Dugan’s is very helpful and offer their assistance whenever needed. Their facebook page is an invaluable resource for each travel agent. I am still in the process of getting my travel business going but I am confident that Dugan’s Travels has all the resources available for me to succeed as an independent travel agent.

I have been an Independent Travel Agent with Dugan's Travels for over 13 years and love it! It's easy, they give great support and information. This is the best thing I ever did after retirement, joining Dugan's Travels! I work at my own pace and get commissions on all my reservations. They have a very good training program.

I have been with Dugan's Travels as a host agency since May of 2024. The team at Dugan's has been extremely helpful and supportive as I've ventured into the world of Travel sales.
They provide quick responses to any questions and walked me through my first sale. I appreciate the variety of learning opportunities they provide from DU an online collection of resources including many webinars as well as live webinars.
I feel the startup cost and the commission structure are fair and reward you for taking the time to educate yourself and grow in your understanding of the business.
I would recommend Dugan's if you're looking for more of a community feel within the host agency and enjoy online learning.
