I appreciate Dugan's Travels as my host company so much! They provide me with so many learning opportunities and experiences. I’m excited for the day that I finally will be able to attend a DU event, or even a FAM trip. The connections that Dugan's has and shares with me is invaluable. I know I would not be where I am without them.

I joined Dugan’s somewhat impulsively because I enjoyed planning travel and thought it would be a fun side hustle. I didn’t know anything about being a Travel Advisor when I started but I took advantage of training and was able to get myself started. Once I began participating in the Dugan’s U trainings I really started feeling like a professional and I also enjoyed being part of the Dugan’s Family. My business continues to grow each year, even though I am still just part-time. I know whenever I decide to commit myself to expanding my travel business, Dugan’s will be there to nurture me through it all.

I have been with Dugan's Travels since I started my company in 2008. Their commission structure and annual fee is fair for the services I get, the communication is awesome, the suppliers are the highest quality, and the ability to network with over 400 agents is invaluable when I have a client who wants a trip that is not my area of expertise. Tracking commission is easy and it's direct deposit so they are fast. I would highly recommend Dugan's Travels to anyone looking to get into the travel business. However, note that they set a high bar and you have to do the training in order to become a qualified travel advisor. That training helped me become an expert on selling travel and I use that knowledge daily when searching for the best journeys at the best price for my clients.

I'm so happy I chose Dugan's to start my travel business. They are very supportive to new agents and offer a ton of learning opportunities. They truly value their agents! Dugan's Travels has been the ideal hosting agency. They offer support and training to get you started in your business. The family atmosphere leads with encouragement and helps keep the young agents from floundering and become frustrated. I joined Dugan’s in 2013 and have been so impressed! I proudly recommend to people who ask me about getting started in the travel industry. I don’t think there is a better support staff to work with. There is such a vast amount of experience and always someone who knows the answer no matter the question. I appreciate the family feeling but the autonomy that we are given to grow our businesses. The support staff responds to emails, comments and suggestions very quickly and I feel like I my opinion does matter no matter how long you’ve been in the business. I truly enjoy Dugan’s U and I have been trying to make sure my schedule is open in September. I also like the traditional Dugan’s Family events like “Oogie Boogie Bash” and the cruises. I will be attending my first Dugan’s family cruise and I am so excited. My husband (who is now deceased) and I could not have chosen a better work family to learn and grow a business with. I love my Dugan’s family.

I joined Dugan's in 2019 after leaving a toxic host agency who stole their agents money. I was welcomed with open arms and into an agency that far exceeded the last. They offer trainings, systems to keep you organized, and events to further your knowledge of the industry and vendors. I am forever grateful for this company and what it has offered. I joined Dugan’s Travel in 2022. Being new to the travel industry I wanted to make sure I found an agency that would be supportive and provide me with the training I would need to be successful. I did a lot of research before making my final decision, but I can definitely say that I made the best decision choosing Dugan’s Travel. I just joined Dugan's this past May 2023. So far, I have been extremely happy with my time here. I've been working my way through the large amount of trainings that they have available to their agents. I've been with Dugan's Travels since April 2018 and have loved my time with them. The support the administration provides is top notch and the trainings they make available are phenomenal. Their Client Management System is great for keeping track of sales, clients, commissions, etc. I was also able to get a great discount on a Travefy account through them. I couldn't imagine a better Host Agency.
