What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
What stands out most to me is that this CRM was clearly built by someone who actually understands what travel advisors deal with every day. David Eisen didn’t just create another generic CRM and slap a travel label on it. He has built an entire ecosystem specifically for travel advisors, and it keeps growing at an incredible pace.

The fact that we can search and book hotels, flights, transfers, car rentals, insurance, tours, and soon cruises, all inside one system, is something I honestly have not seen another host agency accomplish at this level. Instead of bouncing between tabs, supplier sites, spreadsheets, and emails, so much of the workflow lives in one place now.

I also appreciate that the system is constantly evolving. New tools and improvements show up regularly, and agent feedback actually matters. You can tell this wasn’t built by a corporation disconnected from the real work of selling and managing travel.

What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
Because the platform is growing so quickly, there are occasionally features that are still being refined or expanded. But candidly, that’s also part of the strength of the system. Improvements happen fast, and things agents ask for often end up implemented much sooner than expected.

What problems does LuxRally Travel CRM solve for you?
It saves an incredible amount of time and mental clutter. Before, I felt like I had pieces of my business scattered everywhere between supplier websites, notes, confirmations, emails, and quote tools. Now I can manage much more of the client experience from one central place.

It also helps me present a more professional experience to clients. Quotes, itineraries, and communication feel far more streamlined and polished, which allows me to spend less time chasing logistics and more time actually serving people well.

What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
This CRM is amazing! Easy to use and effecient as you can create and run pricing for multiple hotels at once. You can then evaluate pricing from a vast variety of suppliers/wholesalers in minutes and have your client booked knowing that you are getting the best commission for yourself.

None that I can think of - however they quickly act on any feedback.

What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
The CRM that LuxRally Travel has built is honestly one of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to scale my business the way I have.
It’s not just a place to store client information. It’s fully connected to FastBook, so everything from sourcing rates to booking to follow-up lives in one system. That alone removes a lot of the friction you typically get with multiple platforms.
FastBook is where it really stands out. Being able to pull hundreds of rates across suppliers in seconds completely changes how quickly you can quote and close. It’s built for speed, not for browsing, which aligns with how I prefer to work anyway. I’m not spending time jumping between systems or building out overly polished proposals, I can move quickly and confidently, especially with one of the latest features creating itinerary proposals clients can approve and pay with rates re-verifying for availability and accuracy live.
The power of NET rates is another major advantage. Having control over margin and being able to adjust commission depending on the booking gives a level of flexibility that most systems don’t offer. You can stay competitive with what clients are seeing online while still protecting your earnings, which is critical.
From an admin standpoint, it’s extremely efficient. A lot of what used to be manual, invoicing, commission tracking, payment collection, is automated within the system. I am time poor so having these admin tasks made more efficient is critical to me. The CRM also handles client profiles, reminders, and follow-ups in a way that actually supports your workflow instead of slowing you down.
What I appreciate most is that it’s clearly built by someone who understands how agents need to work to be successful. It’s not overcomplicated, and it’s not trying to be everything. It’s designed to help you move faster, close more, and spend less time on admin.
If you’re used to more traditional CRMs, it might feel overwhelming at first, in a good way, but once you get into it, it’s hard to go back.

What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
The founder David is constantly improving the CRM. If we have feature requests, or concerns, we share them and often times they're coded and live the same day. Cruise Nets is coming next!

What problems does LuxRally Travel CRM solve for you?
It solves the biggest operational bottlenecks in my business, speed, fragmentation, and margin control. Instead of jumping between multiple systems to source rates, build quotes, track clients, and manage payments, everything is in one place. FastBook allows me to pull competitive options instantly, and access to net rates gives me control over pricing and profitability. It removes a lot of manual admin and lets me focus on moving quickly and taking care of my clients.

What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
I have tested other CRMs and Iove LRT's CRM. It is user friendly and has everything built in. I'm so happy I switched agencies because I yet to see what LRT offers. The system truly sets advisors up for success to run our business from our phones. The new Google Map feature and most recently itinerary features are top notch. It just keeps getting better.

What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
There's about a 60 second wait/delay, but it's not terrible.

What problems does LuxRally Travel CRM solve for you?
Searching bookings more efficiently, booking management, accounting, it's a one stop shop for me.

The LuxRally Travel CRM is a game changer. Being able to pull hundreds of rates from multiple suppliers in seconds is amazing! Having it also track invoices, and client data save me so much time. The fact that you can also book rental cars, transfers, tours, air, cruises, and insurance all from the same platform is unheard of. I love it, and feel very fortunate that I am able to use this platform to make my job easier and my pricing more competitive.

Their CRM was purpose-built to streamline the client experience, from sending out professional quotes to securely storing customer information, setting reminders about payment and executing the process and the integration across their full suite of proprietary software is seamless. Founder, David Eisen brings a background in cybersecurity for defense contractors, which means client data security is foundational. David & Courtney Eisen have built a truly innovative Travel Agency from the training provided all the way to their CRM. If you're evaluating CRM solutions for your travel agency, LuxRally isn't just a strong contender, it's the benchmark everything else should be measured against.

What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
The one enhancement I'd love to see explored in a future update would be the ability to scan securely store identification documents, such as passports and driver's licenses directly within the CRM. Given the robust security infrastructure already in place this would feel like a natural integration to streamline the client onboarding process and reduce manual data entry. Not even sure if this is a viable option.

What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
LuxRally CRM makes everything so much easier. We can add clients and send cc authorizations in seconds. All the client info flows into Fastbook (our booking engine), and helps us to book things so quickly without having to re-enter client info. We can also set it to charge a card before the due date and create payment plans. Our founder and CEO, David Eisen, is constantly improving and adding features as well!

David is always working on adding features that will help us to be more efficient.

What I love most about the LuxRally Travel CRM is that I have access to everything in one place. It's a platform that focuses on efficiency and it continues to evolve. I find myself have to go less and less to external, third-party sites because LuxRally Travel's system has it all. The quality I look for in any software that i'm loyal to, is growth. I want to know that the system is constantly being improved, new features are being added, the users are being listenend to and changes are being made to enhance the experience. It's easy, fast (considering all the work going on behind the scenes) and it keeps getting better with time.

What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
Every software has it's bugs and areas of opportunity. What I've experienced is that as soon as something is brought to their attention, they immediately work to improve it. I can't think of anything at the moment but little things like, I perhaps being able to add a PDF of the client profile to the client file. I've also worked in the tech industry for 15 years now so I know there are priorities and they've honestly got bigger fish to fry. The improvements are creating more opportunity for user preferences. I know that will come with time.

It relieves the cognitive load of having to manually search for rates and book clients on different platforms. It makes accounting easy and mostly effortless. It solves a lot of problems that I don't even realize I don't have because I began my journey as an advisor with this tool in hand. Can't imagine doing the work I do without it.

On the business side, the flexibility around commissions and NET rates is a subtle but incredible advantage in the market. It opens up margin control in a way most platforms don’t, while also improving cash flow timing—something that becomes increasingly important as volume scales.

What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
As with any product launch, there will be bugs: and there were when FastBook AI was released. That said, in the time it took me to notice an error, omission, or something off kilter, David was already working on new releases and updates. In other words, updates are pushed so frequently that not even I can keep up with the improvements.

LuxRally doesn’t just improve individual steps in the workflow—it compresses the entire lifecycle of a booking. Less friction, faster turnaround, higher close rates. In an industry crowded with incremental improvements and outdated tech, this is one of the few platforms that feels like a true step change. And I’m glad I joined the company making the biggest waves.
