What stands out most to me is that this CRM was clearly built by someone who actually understands what travel advisors deal with every day. David Eisen didn’t just create another generic CRM and slap a travel label on it. He has built an entire ecosystem specifically for travel advisors, and it keeps growing at an incredible pace.
The fact that we can search and book hotels, flights, transfers, car rentals, insurance, tours, and soon cruises, all inside one system, is something I honestly have not seen another host agency accomplish at this level. Instead of bouncing between tabs, supplier sites, spreadsheets, and emails, so much of the workflow lives in one place now.
I also appreciate that the system is constantly evolving. New tools and improvements show up regularly, and agent feedback actually matters. You can tell this wasn’t built by a corporation disconnected from the real work of selling and managing travel.

Because the platform is growing so quickly, there are occasionally features that are still being refined or expanded. But candidly, that’s also part of the strength of the system. Improvements happen fast, and things agents ask for often end up implemented much sooner than expected.

It saves an incredible amount of time and mental clutter. Before, I felt like I had pieces of my business scattered everywhere between supplier websites, notes, confirmations, emails, and quote tools. Now I can manage much more of the client experience from one central place.

I’d love to see a location-based search feature that allows to price shop multiple properties simultaneously, making it faster and easier to find the best options. There’s already a similar capability within the “favorites list search,” so bringing that functionality into the main “hotel search” field would be a valuable enhancement.

I enjoy the ability to book hotels, cruises, air, transfers, activities, and insurance all in one place, which is a major time-saver. It also minimizes errors and allows me to deliver a more efficient and professional service to my clients.

I love the CRM! It’s super user-friendly (no tech headaches here!) and has basically everything built right in, which makes my little organization-loving heart very happy. I’m still working on becoming quicker with finding things in the CRM, but that will come with more experience. I love that I can access the CRM from my phone like some kind of travel-planning wizard.

I wish there was a link in the CRM to the vendor that connects you to the vendor in case of changes needing to be made. Something that would auto-populate to our personal email that has all the information needed (contact email, vendor confirmation #, dates of travel, etc) so it can be a quick line of communication.

Oh, just casually saving my sanity on a daily basis. Booking searches? Faster. Trip management? Smoother. Accounting? All in one tidy little place (be still my organized heart). It’s basically the command center for my business; kind of like mission control, but with better vacations

The CRM condenses all the research and quoting into one so the process is much quicker. And we have total control of our commission percentages. It really allows you to take control of your travel business.

There are some glitches sometimes with rates that aren’t actually bookable. But the technology does always seem to be moving forward.

The CRM allows me to save my quotes for later and customize everything. And the list function allows me to compare top hotels for certain locations to better advise luxury clients in no time.

They are given suggestions all of the time and are quick to add any helpful features.

We do not have to log into 20 websites to price shop for our clients. In addition the system creates an itinerary to send to the client.

The main enhancement request I had was fixed recently, where we can now send itineraries to clients with one click. They took it a step further by also adding live price updating and auto booking from itinerary if the client chooses to proceed.

Makes being an agent a lot more efficient! It takes the price shopping experience down to 90 seconds and also searches vendors that dont even have a frontend portal for agents, giving us unprecedented access to suppliers

I love that it pulls all different types of pricing into one place, so I don't have to go searching across multiple platforms to find the best rates/ benefits for my clients.
