What stands out most to me is that this CRM was clearly built by someone who actually understands what travel advisors deal with every day. David Eisen didn’t just create another generic CRM and slap a travel label on it. He has built an entire ecosystem specifically for travel advisors, and it keeps growing at an incredible pace.
The fact that we can search and book hotels, flights, transfers, car rentals, insurance, tours, and soon cruises, all inside one system, is something I honestly have not seen another host agency accomplish at this level. Instead of bouncing between tabs, supplier sites, spreadsheets, and emails, so much of the workflow lives in one place now.
I also appreciate that the system is constantly evolving. New tools and improvements show up regularly, and agent feedback actually matters. You can tell this wasn’t built by a corporation disconnected from the real work of selling and managing travel.

Because the platform is growing so quickly, there are occasionally features that are still being refined or expanded. But candidly, that’s also part of the strength of the system. Improvements happen fast, and things agents ask for often end up implemented much sooner than expected.

LuxRally's CRM is absolutely amazing. I have been with the company just over a year and am amazed daily at how quickly the CrM has evolved. I can't imagine booking travel any other way and am so excited to see it's continued growth

They are currently working on things to improve. I would say to add in documents that clients would need for travel. Like Immigration forms and Maps. That sort of thing.

Since I have been with LuxRally, the CRM system has evolved, and even for me it has been a game changer. What I really like about the CRM is that it is my primary go to all-in-one platform I can start with that has the capability to retrieve rates from multiple suppliers for hotels and other common logistics and have them all "under one roof". Looking at rates for them all at a glance saves so much time and makes it easier to present an entire quoted package to offer my clients with the best available options quickly without having to manage a bunch of supplier tabs.

Technology is always evolving and as a result there are occasional bugs that sometimes can be annoying, but in the grand scheme of things, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the overall value the system provides. Once you get used to it, the system is very user-friendly and really streamlines the entire process.

With the recent integration of the AI tool, once trip details are entered, even down to a specific room category, it returns property availability almost instantly. The benefit of it is it eliminates the need to bounce around and in between multiple sites. Overall, the CRM system saves me a ton of time, which makes my workflow so much more efficient.

I love how this CRM makes it so easy for me to keep track of everything regarding the travel business. Reminders make sure I never forget anything, I can track who is traveling, I am able to stay on top of commissions, on top of being able to book everything in one place. It is truly a one stop shop.

The only thing I can think of is I would love to be able to integrate reminders and travel dates into my calendar. But other than that, it really is a perfect tool.

It makes the time it takes me to quote a client so fast. I have literally qualified, quoted, and booked a client in 10 minutes before thanks to the CRM. It also is really helpful in keeping me organized. I have yet to forget anything regarding my bookings thanks to the reminders and the way the dashboard is set up.

I love how simple it is to book travel with their Fastbook search engine that pulls hotel rates from every booking site providing me with the lowest rate saving me tons of time of cross shopping. There is also a hotel location map feature so you don't have to open up google maps in another browser. As a relatively new agent, this feature in the CRM gives me the confidence to present my clients with the very best options. It also generates an itinerary with the quote and all the details, so I can quickly send to the client. You can also set up client payment reminders when finalizing a booking. .

The owner is constantly making enhancements to Fastbook and just recently added an Air and Cruise module so we can now book flights and cruises in our CRM.. Additionally, an AI feature was just added, so I can search for specific client preferences, which serves as an added layer of options when searching for the best options for the client. .

The best part is that Fastbook serves as a one stop shop and also converts instantly converts the booking into an agent invoice that integrates with accounting to ensure prompt commission payments. Lastly, in this high tech world, where people can easily book their own travel, it is so important for agents to provide quick quotes to clients and our CRM was designed to do just that!
