What stands out most to me is that this CRM was clearly built by someone who actually understands what travel advisors deal with every day. David Eisen didn’t just create another generic CRM and slap a travel label on it. He has built an entire ecosystem specifically for travel advisors, and it keeps growing at an incredible pace.
The fact that we can search and book hotels, flights, transfers, car rentals, insurance, tours, and soon cruises, all inside one system, is something I honestly have not seen another host agency accomplish at this level. Instead of bouncing between tabs, supplier sites, spreadsheets, and emails, so much of the workflow lives in one place now.
I also appreciate that the system is constantly evolving. New tools and improvements show up regularly, and agent feedback actually matters. You can tell this wasn’t built by a corporation disconnected from the real work of selling and managing travel.

Because the platform is growing so quickly, there are occasionally features that are still being refined or expanded. But candidly, that’s also part of the strength of the system. Improvements happen fast, and things agents ask for often end up implemented much sooner than expected.

It saves an incredible amount of time and mental clutter. Before, I felt like I had pieces of my business scattered everywhere between supplier websites, notes, confirmations, emails, and quote tools. Now I can manage much more of the client experience from one central place.
It also helps me present a more professional experience to clients. Quotes, itineraries, and communication feel far more streamlined and polished, which allows me to spend less time chasing logistics and more time actually serving people well.

I've been incredibly impressed with the LuxRally Travel CRM and how much it has streamlined my day to day operations as a travel advisor. What stands out immediately is the ability to handle both air and hotel workflows in one place. Being able to search across hundreds - sometimes thousands - of rates per hotel gives me confidence that I'm presenting the best possible options to my clients without needing to jump between platforms. I can even add trip insurance quotes and tours and transfers. With the recent addition of an AI feature within our CRM, multi-city itinerary shopping has gotten even faster. The client facing tools are equally powerful. I can quickly send secure credit card authorization forms and itineraries in just a few clicks. Everything feels seamless and professional and is continually being added to and refined.

What problems does LuxRally Travel CRM solve for you?
Features like built-in reminders and task tracking help me stay on top of every detail. The CRM allows me to take my business on the go and do almost all of my booking needs quickly from just my phone. I can focus my time on client relationships and industry education, not bouncing between 10 different sites. Cannot imagine working without it!
What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
It is a very easy system to use, very accessible and has a great deal of functionality and integration that I haven't found with other CRMs. System upgrades are frequent and I haven't experienced any prolonged bugs or downtime.
What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
Fastbook solves most of my problems but it is an evolving application, so more integrations would be welcome. While there is a small latency during quoting, it could be slightly faster for complex bookings.

Fastbook offers a one stop shop for nearly all my needs. I have very few, if any complaints.

It took a 5-minute demo of Fastbook (proprietary booking system) for me to know I wanted to be part of this agency.
I’ve been in this industry 20+ years, and my mouth dropped when I saw how efficiently travel can be booked with the right tools and training.
I’ve now been on the team for 1 year and 4 months, and Fastbook still continues to wow me, the enhancements keep coming!
The training is like no other, we have amazing relationships with industry partners, and we’re Forbes-endorsed, plus ongoing education is a real focus here. This agency is a great fit for anyone who’s ever dreamed of owning a successful, well-run travel business.

It's efficient. A full itinerary can be booked in 20 mins or so, less if it's a repeat client. The use of AI has made it even quicker and simpler.
What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
I have yet to see another piece of technology that offers full end to end client management to quoting. I can pull over 200 rates for dozens of properties in less than a minute. Those include direct, wholesale, and consortium rates. Allowing me to offer clients properties in an instant with the confidence that they will not find a better rate.

Easily quote the best rate with confidence in minutes followed by client credit card authorization, booking, and into their itinerary.
What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
I no longer need to enter hotel bookings manually—they’re created automatically when I book my clients. For cruise reservations, I still have to input the information myself, but the process is now much simpler and faster.

I feel it’s already the best on the market, and it’s still improving—I’m very impressed.

It saves me a lot of time and reduces errors. It feels tailor-made for travel agents—the person who created this CRM must have been a travel agent.
What do you like most about LuxRally Travel CRM?
The CRM makes my life so much easier. No more searching multiple vendors one at a time. I don't have to look at 15 different websites and log into them all independently to check rates. I can compare 10-15 vendors all in one search.
It also does consolidation of the invoices for payment and past due collections.
Some of the old standard sources for good rates I rarely use anymore due to them not being competitive in pricing.
Being able to Make list for popular Travel types such as All inclusive you can make a special list to include all the rates for the ones you normall sell and it pulls all the rates for 20-30 properties or more all in one search no more doing 30 different searches and it displays them all in order or price point, highest to lowest.
What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
I have been one of the original testers of the system, and it has only gotten better with time. The Air system has recently just launched (3/26) but i know it will get all the kinks ironed out in due time as well.

Time saving doing administrative task such as payment scheduling, has auto reminders for when final payments are due. Recently launched is emailed proposals for clients to sign off on and do the credit card authorization forms all in one email. The new improvements are always coming.

Incorporates so many different systems together in a seamless process. Clear pricing that updates a validates continuously so that I am always able to accurately quote clients. Beautifully smooth quoting and itinerary functionality. Well balanced incorporation of AI. I never want use another platform!!

Game changer. I can pull first party direct rates and third party NET rates in moments. If you have never dealt in NET rates you don't know what you don't know. Insane competitive advantage. Very few agents know what they are or how to work with them. Totally removes the price shopping objection.

I have experience with Salesforce. Would like to see ability to track and input each time a client contact is made.
