They provide you with all the resources you need and constantly is evolving with upgrades and new integrations with their native CRM they've launched a new learning initiative to enhance, especially newer agents' knowledge regarding the industry, and provide a great supplier showcase with a ton of great information with a robust catalog of suppliers

Legato has got to be THE BEST host agency around. I don't know anyone else with such great people to work with. I have called and had appointments with several other Hosts and I am so glad I went with Legato. The owners are calm and understanding. And when things get tough they are there to help. There is a great platform of agents and we all like to help each other and want each other to succeed. One thing I would change is the yearly conference. It is a little expensive for the area it is in. But they do have a virtual conference as well which helps. You will not get leads with them but they will help you with some tips on how to get leads. They are fair on commissions and do not expect you to be a high performing agent. Come as you are.

I've only been an advisor for 10 months and I'm so glad I chose Legato as my host agency! What appealed to me at first were the commission cut and lack of monthly and annual fees.
