Annie,
Thanks for reaching out and that is a great question. We choose not to be part of a consortium so that advisors have the choice to use the Supplier they feel most fits their and their clients needs. Our commissions are competitive with the consortium as we contract directly with the supplier rather than have the middleman. It is hard for me to say if you would be missing out on anything not knowing what your business model is and what you are looking for in a host but as a general answer I would say probably not. As far as what sets us apart. We focus on technology and have a great social media marketing platform, our own CRM, a robust booking engine that can fully branded by the advisor, great training opportunities and our service. We are here to help advisors succeed and have someone available all the time to assist advisors and a great advisor community that collaborates together.

Hi Jennifer, we have the following training for new agents: supplier, tech support for internal systems, roadmap for getting acclimated to the industry, travel speciality training, marketing training and a roadmap to walk you through the steps to develop an effective marketing plan, and destination training. We use an exclusive air booking tool that requires no training (unlike a GDS) and makes air bookings easy and profitable. Our training and tools have set us a part from other companies since day one and we're continuing to enhance different programs to help agents succeed.
Feel free to contact us and setup a webinar to view the training and our comprehensive toolbox to support agents, both new and experienced.
