What do you like most about TravelJoy?
I love that all my emails are in the same thread with that one client. I love the itinerary builder and or proposal. Creating groups and forms for it. I include “signature required “ on my forms to agree to my Terms and conditions or on a credit card form etc. I love that TJ has all the educational videos in case you don’t know how to to do something on it etc
What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved?
Everything is working for me so far. I’ve been using TJ for over 2 years. No complaints.

It protects me by collecting my clients signatures. It saves me so much time using the forms
What do you like most about TravelJoy?
I love so many things about TravelJoy. The organization it provides, the task list feature, the auto-email feature, the smart proposal feature for quotes (SO clean and a wonderful way to make quotes), the ability to accept planning fees, a secure way to accept payments on trips, the messages feature inside each trip (it saves each message to the client as well as tells you if and when they read your message), their team is always willing to listen if you have a suggestion and very helpful if you have any issues. I can go on and on.
What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved?
It would be nice if they had a phone number to call for any issues, but they do have a new chat feature, and their support inbox is very good at getting back to you promptly, so I do not find this to be a huge issue.
What problems does TravelJoy solve for you?
Their support team is excellent at getting back to you promptly. Having a nice and clean way to send a quote.
