What do you like most about TravelJoy?
I love that all my emails are in the same thread with that one client. I love the itinerary builder and or proposal. Creating groups and forms for it. I include “signature required “ on my forms to agree to my Terms and conditions or on a credit card form etc. I love that TJ has all the educational videos in case you don’t know how to to do something on it etc
What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved?
Everything is working for me so far. I’ve been using TJ for over 2 years. No complaints.
What problems does TravelJoy solve for you?
It protects me by collecting my clients signatures. It saves me so much time using the forms

I've been using TJ for a few years and I love it. The staff is very helpful whenever I have an issue and they are implementing new features often.

Aesthetics on how the emails look on the clients end.

Wiring Money, questions on group funds, issues with group booking pages.
What do you like most about TravelJoy?
I can't say enough about how Travel Joy has streamlined my business! Having incoming and outgoing messages in an easy to read thread (with OPENED notifications so I know that my clients got the message), tabs to organize trips throughout the booking process, built in AI itineraries and simple quoting functions have made the day in the life of an agent so efficient. I've never missed a final payment or deadline, thanks to TJ!
What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved?
They have added new features recently that addressed the one improvement I would have suggested, and that was making the itinerary creating feature simpler...but they just did that!
What problems does TravelJoy solve for you?
Organization, follow up, payment deadlines, creating easy to follow itineraries, keeps messages with clients and suppliers in one easy to access location, sales reports, an automated form for new clients to request a trip quote.
What do you like most about TravelJoy?
I have loved TravelJoy since the moment I started my free trial. The platform is easy to use, they are constantly making updates to make it even easier, and the support team is always there to help out if you need it.
I love the automations, the custom forms you can create, the ease of working with groups, the way you can pull in data from hotels to cruises with just a few clicks, and that you can import itineraries from almost anything.
What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved?
There have been a few hiccups along the way, but every program has its growing pains. TJ handles them better than most.
What problems does TravelJoy solve for you?
I get my job done quickly and easily now, and like I said, they keep making things easier and more user-friendly with updates. I'm excited to see what's coming next!

TravelJoy is amazing...they are constantly making it better and integrating it with other softwares. I love the clean interface and how easy it is to use!
What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved?
I wish there was a ranking of clients that you can keep track of which I guess you could use tags for but my husband is in real estate and uses Referral Maker and they rank clients A+, A, B, C and the client gets higher as they refer you.

Being disorganized and my communications are locked in with my task lists, templates, etc!
What do you like most about TravelJoy?
I love that I have complete access to my business from anywhere & that I have gone entirely paperless. The dashboard, calendar, tasklists, forms, automation & email templates allow me to streamline my workflow & save me time! A huge step from word & spreadsheets!
What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved?
Subfolders in the File cabinet would help document organization. I would also love to sort clients by status:
Active, inactive, inquiries, by year. This would help exporting lists for labels, holiday cards & targeted marketing.
What problems does TravelJoy solve for you?
I love that I can document the trails of correspondence: Guest accept/decline for trip protection, T&Cs and that I can safely collect payment authorizations, store guest credentials and collect my service fees! I also love the easy tutorials & that the team continues to develop new tools for advisors.

They always take my suggestions for new features!!

Ability to have a pre-created pdf upload that clients can fill out within TJ.

I have been with them since the start and have been consistently impresses at the evolution of the product. They are intuitive and easy to use.

I like that they allow for ease of offering Insurance and excursions. In the future I hope that they allow for more choice of suppliers

Allowing for easy of creating invoices/itineraries and proposals.
I know that they will continue to offer items that will make my business look good and save me time.
What do you like most about TravelJoy?
I love how easy this program has made quoting and itinerary building for me. Before I would have a template that I would have to go through and update everything each time I got a new quote, but now I can just save them to my library, load them and make some changes. It's cut my time down and allowed me to focus on other area's of my business.

Honestly, the thing that I love about TravelJoy is that they are CONSTANTLY improving, and they listen to their users. They just released some major updates and it has been amazing tool and keeps getting better.
What problems does TravelJoy solve for you?
It's made it easy for me to know who I have talked to, have a task list so I know what steps need to be taken, I can pull reports, as well as build itineraries in the matter of minutes vs the hours it would take me before.

TravelJoy is great resource tool for managing all levels of client engagement and trip management. It's intuitive to use and the support (when I need it) is responsive and complete. They welcome feedback.

Sometimes email management in TravelJoy can be a bit of a challenge, (moreso for clients than for me) but overall it works.
