I don’t think people truly realize how important it is to have the right host agency behind you until you go through something difficult.
Recently, I found myself dealing with a very stressful business situation and honestly felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do next. Great training, great resources, does not over charge, a great many vendors to work with. Glad I am hooked up with them! Outside Agents is a great host agency for experienced and new travel agents. They provide great support, good commission splits and you feel like you’re part of a team of agents supporting each other! Great value with lots of resources and low overhead and monthly dues. If I have issues or need support they are quick to respond with assistance, have good relationships with suppliers.

I have been with Outside Agents for almost 4 weeks now. The training they give you is more than enough to become successful. The community of other agents is very helpful and welcoming. There are many people who are willing to help me when I have a silly question. At first their back office/portal was a lot to handle but I really dug deep into the training videos and took notes and doing much better. I can't wait to see what this year brings!

The CRM is well thought out and the ability to manage groups, online payments and ai tools is well worth the monthly costs. The commission payments are on time and reliable.
