It has been a year since I signed up with OA. Now is a great time to share my experience with you if you looking for a new host ( like I was) or are a new agent looking to join the tourism trade. 
OA is a GREAT host. No doubt. Before joining them, I simply picked up the phone and called them to speak with the owner. I had zero expectation of this actually happening but was pleasantly surprised when Chad Burt came on the line and spent a good half an hour speaking with me and answering all my questions. I signed up the same day. It didn't take me much time to understand their systems and if I had a question, the OA staff was very quick with their email replies. Best way to communicate with them. They have brilliant internal systems set up for just this purpose. Agency staff and higher-ups are almost always available for insight and help as and when needed. They are highly professional ( yet super funny on socials). I had a chance to meet most of the staff at one of their TA conferences and the vibe is that of one big family. For new agents, they have mentors for initial support. Though I have industry experience, I still set up a call with a mentor just to test the new waters. It was a lovely call. 
They have great contracts with vendors, resorts, and consolidators across the world. Their payment system is top-notch with very little room for confusion. Payments have been on time on expected dates. The split is also one of the best ( that I know of) ( Ex host had a terrible split and I wish I had known of OA before). 
All in all, I highly recommend Outside Agents. It has been a great year with them.

I love this agency, i was unfortunately affiliated with YTB prior to signing with OA. Now everything is different, they have wonderful training, helpful owners and great affiliates. I would reccommend them to anyone wanting to be in the industry, they are by far the best

After being with my host agency for more than 8 years and leaving due to poor management and unpaid commissions, I was very wary of joining a new host. After being with an agency that I had to pay to join at the beginning and work my way up the commission scale......and then have them go out of business-it was a no brainer to choose Outside Agents as my next agency. You won't regret it:)

I am very happy that I decided to work with OutsideAgents.com. It is a very professional operation. The staff is the greatest. They are very efficicient, I never have to wait to receive paperwork. There are no sign up fees required to get started with OutsideAgents.com. There are no surprise or hidden fees. You receive an 80% commission split to start and can work up to a higher split based on volume. Commissions are paid monthly and I have never had a problem getting paid.

I would highly recommend OutsideAgents.com to anyone looking for a host. For new agents you will have all the mentoring you need. For experienced agents you have all the tools you need to succeed.

If you are looking to get into the travel business and don't know where to begin, give this host a try. I am a home-based travel agent and I love the help these guys give. They have training to put you on the right track. The have all the tools necessary to jump start your business and keep you current in the industry.

I have been very happy with Outside Agents. The back office support is very strong and they respond quickly. Vendor access, training and documentation far exceeds what is available with many other hosts out there. If you are new to the industry there is plenty of training to get you started and if you are an experienced agent they have all of the tools that you need to promote your business and increase sales. I have been impressed with the direct contact with BDMs and their appreciation of the agents being a part of an outstanding team.

Since my travel abroad in college I became interested in the travel industry. My dad referred me to Outside Agents because he knew it wouldn't cost anything and its easy-everything is done online! The hosts are extremely helpful and keep their agents updated at all times.
If a problem or question arises there is someone always available to help-even on the online forum.
