I don’t think people truly realize how important it is to have the right host agency behind you until you go through something difficult.
Recently, I found myself dealing with a very stressful business situation and honestly felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do next. I reached out to someone from leadership (Dan) after hours expecting maybe a reply the next day, but instead I received an almost immediate response and even a personal phone call. They took the time to explain things clearly, help me understand my options, and gave me so much peace of mind during a really stressful moment.
What surprised me even more was receiving another call from one of the co-founders, Chad Burt. I know how busy leadership can be, so the fact that they personally reached out just to check on me, calm me down, and give honest advice meant more than I can explain.
At the end of the day, that level of support reminded me exactly why I chose Outside Agents as my host agency. It’s more than just business here — they genuinely care about their agents as people.

Very supportive host agency. Quick response to queries. Provides significant training for new and existing agents. Provides array of tools through portal used in selling travel, managing clients, and managing travel at reasonable cost. Always willing to work with agents to help them accomplish their goals. Provides travel marketing sites for agents.
I was with another host agencies up until 2016 when I switched to Outside Agents, and none of them compared to OA. Everyone at OA is always available are ready to help in every way possible. The training is outstanding. I cannot say enough about the staff as they go above and beyond the call of duty. I do not think you can find a better host agency.
OA has been great to work with! I really enjoy all of the training resources they have available to us. I have had multiple agencies through out the years, but I have found a home with Outside Agents. They offer tons of training and resources. The CRM is wonderful and easy to maneuver. I have no complaints, If I have questions, there are multiple resources to get answers. I would definitely recommend them to other agents.

I think people that are disgruntled need to realize that there is no job that does not require proper training. So you can not think that you will make six figures your first year on the job. It is not Outside Agents responsibility to market you and grow your business. If you only plan to book 4 trips a year then you are never going to be proficient at your craft!!
I switched to OA in 2014 after a few years with a smaller host agency. What a difference it made! OA provides non stop support for their agents, whether is start up training, virtual webinars, in person training camps, and/or emails or phone calls. The people at the "top" , the owners, and the National Sales Manager will answer your call or return your call in an extremely swift and timely manner. They are encouraging, provide the latest and greatest up to date technology and never stop improving so that we can improve ourselves! I love OA!

Not having experience in the travel industry was very intimidating when I began.
