I started my travel career with a brick-and-mortar agency and lost my job due to COVID. I chose Oasis Travel Network in 2015 because they offered a comprehensive training program, New2Travel. I completed the course, became a member, and my business has thrived ever since. I've not reconsidered my decision once, because of the support I've received from Day 1. Some of the things I like most about Oasis are: Their competent, professional, kind and loyal staff who NEVER make mistakes. The Members who are so generous with knowledge and support - ours is not a competitive community, rather supportive and fun! The private Facebook page is an invaluable resource and a place where I feel safe to ask questions and receive extremely helpful advice. OTN's member events (appreciation cruises, conferences, meetings, etc.) are worth the investment (sometimes free) because of the networking with fellow agents and suppliers that is encouraged and practically pre-arranged for us. Not only do I know the owner personally, I feel as if the staff are my friends. Finally, the 100% commission plan I chose has catapulted my income to a very lucrative level. All in all, I am PROUD to say that I belong to OTN. I've been on numerous FAM trips with agents from other hosts and am always happy to share my satisfaction with the decision I made back in 2015.
