I know that if I process service fees through your accounting system, they’ll fall under the commission split. Can you clarify whether those fees are subject to any additional admin charges, or if they can be tagged separately from supplier commissions? Also, what flexibility do I have if I choose to process service fees externally (e.g., Stripe or PayPal) — and do you provide compliance guidance for that path?

My wife and I are setting up Hidden Lane Journeys as a partnership. I understand we can join under one business entity and add a second advisor. Can you walk me through how you structure associate/sub-agent relationships — specifically the costs, training access, portal credentials, and whether there are any limitations around client ownership, FAM eligibility, or vendor recognition for both of us?

I am already partway through The Travel Institute’s TripKit program and plan to sit for the TAP exam within the next few months. Many host agencies charge for their own entry-level training — can you clarify what is required versus optional? How does your training complement or differ from TripKit? Where might it be redundant, and where is it additive or uniquely valuable? I want to maximize learning while also managing both my operating costs and time investment.
