Yes, this will be your booking and your client.  You will receive an email notification and you can check your daily sales report where the booking will show up.  You can then reach out to your client.

I recommend that you research host agencies on the PATH website (www.PATH4Hosts.com).  This is an organization to which  OASIS Travel Network belongs.  There are rules and requirements to join that are listed on the website.  The information on this website can help you and any of your associates make an informed decision.

What is your starting commission, and how can I earn a higher commission?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your question.  We have 4 commission levels to choose from:  100% or 90/10 or 85/15 or 75/25.  You can find these at www.oasistravelnetwork.com/plans .  Our Build-A-Plan program allows you to create the membership plan that works best for your agency.  
The commissions we receive from our supplier partners are the highest in the industry.  Anywhere from 15% to 34% depending on the product you sell.  For more information please contact Stacey@oasistravelnetwork.com

Is ASTA membership included?

Hi Teresa, we no longer provide ASTA membership as part of our plans.  We do offer a reduced rate.  In 2024, we have realigned our plans so our members pay no fees depending on their production.  We thought we have removed any mention of free ASTA membership, but if you find it somewhere please let us know where so we can remove it.

I am not familiar with Signature. What features and offerings do Oasis agents benefit from under this network?

There are many benefits for our agents with Signature! Signature's technology is fantastic and works with our technology in automating our agents marketing, keeping in touch with clients. Signature also offers CruiseTrack that automatically tracks your clients cruise and updates you with any changes in itinerary, price etc to name a few.

Do agents that use you as a host get access to the cruise line online portals for managing reservations such as Polar & Cruising Power?

Yes, and our members also get access to our cruise booking engine.  If you elect to have an OTN provided website, your clients can book cruises online as well.

Question 13

Do you have assistance with migration of clients from another host?

Accepted Answer

Hi Jeff,  generally it is up to your client as to waht agent/agency they want to do business with and they would have to authorize such a move.  However, many host agency contracts prohibit moving bookings over to another agency and have penalties involved.  We would have to know your current situation.  We would do everything we can to ensure a smooth transition if you choose OTN.
