My business partner and I joined Oasis when we were entering the travel industry in 2017. Neither of us had ever worked in travel (I was a nurse practitioner, and she was a forensic accountant), but we were both ready to take on a new challenge. We conducted extensive research to identify the right host agency for our needs and personalities. Having no experience in the industry but with big dreams and personal goals, we wanted a partner who would offer the right combination of freedom and support. We knew early on that we wanted to be part of Signature Travel Network and focused on finding a host agency member of this outstanding consortium. From the very beginning, we felt that we had made the right choice.

During the Covid pandemic, Lee and the entire Oasis team stepped up and went above and beyond to mitigate losses, help advisors negotiate refunds, restructure their membership options to make them more affordable, and provided exceptional support to the members. I believe that many companies can do a relatively good job when times are good, but only outstanding companies can maintain their standards and exceed expectations during a crisis. After weathering the storm with Oasis, I can wholeheartedly say that they are unique in the industry.
No agency or consortium is perfect, and of course, there is always room for improvement, but I appreciate that the Oasis team takes time to listen to our concerns and feedback. I was referred to Oasis Travel Network (OTN) as having one of the best New to Travel training programs out there. Trusting my reference, I signed up, completed their comprehensive training, attended their Bootcamp and signed with Oasis in 2022 as an Independant Contractor. Since then, I have attended many events that OTN offers their members. OTN events are great opportunities for bonding with fellow OTN advisors and administration, partaking in industry training, meeting with suppliers, and more! Not only do we get to meet with suppliers, but OTN events give advisors plenty of time to really get to know suppliers to form close business relationships and friendships.
OTN is a close-knit boutique travel agency, that has a lot to offer new to industry advisors, as well as offering many rewarding perks to top seasoned advisors.

Oasis has been great to work with! When I have a question the are always promt to get me answers. I used to work in a agency daily and I love the being able to work from home. The accounting and recording requirements are easy to follow.
Now that the fees are much lower to work with. Oasis is the best!
I have been an associate member with OTN under a local agency for over 3 years. I love that OTN has a program that allows advisors to work in established agencies. I’m not in a position to start my own agency and love pooling resources and collaborating with a local agency. In 2023, OTN started a recognition program for associates and encourages agencies to add associates. OTN associates are allowed and encouraged to attend virtual weekly training, annual conference and on resort training and member appreciation events.
In 2013 I had met another advisor who had decided Oasis was for her. In 2021, after 8 years moving around with my husband's job, and doing much research, I needed a host agency that catered for advisors that could operate worldwide - Oasis was that host. They have been a great support, with a lot of training and always there to answer any questions. I have been with Oasis for over 10 years and I often tell people it was the best decision I have ever made for my business. Oasis cultivates top-notch relationships with amazing suppliers in the industry. These relationships are everything and give us as advisors the support we need as well as the highest commission payments. Commissions are always paid on time every week (usually early) and I never have to worry about the money being there. The new commission plans give me 100% commission payments at an incredibly low monthly fee.
