The staff at Nexion has been very helpful. From the President (Jackie Friedman) to the call in staff I have always had excellent service. Answers to my questions or referrals to the correct place to ask. And the wait time is minimal or none.

I have also discovered, after a few years in the business, that Nexion has an excellent fee structure for their agents. I've been to several conferences, that were not Nexion sponsored, and the other agents I met were paying A lot more than I do. My monthly fee is very fair and reasonable.

I have been a Travel Consultant for over 20 years and with Nexion as an independent Agent for close to 10 years! I have may own loyal clientele, and know what I am doing, so I find Nexion perfect for me. I get the increased commissions, options for bonuses, fams, discounted travel, etc. When I do have a question, they always try to help, although since they have grown so quickly, the Customer Support Staff isn't as helpful or knowledgeable,(depends on who you get), as when I started and everyone knew me. (This is the reason for the 4 &1/2 stars instead of 5).
Overall, I am very happy with Nexion. I do my own thing, pay a minimal fee each month and reap the extras. I have referred several other agents to Nexion and they are happy also.

I joined Nexion in 2004 after 25 years in the travel industry. I had managed offices and worked for large corporate agencies in the past. I felt it was time to go "out on my own" and wanted to find a host agency. I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the assistance with Nexion. I handle large groups, up to 540 people and handle all the ticketing and all aspects of the group. I previously was a ticketing agent with a large corporate agency and find the ticketing desk to be of utmost help all of the time! I had my first invite to a Nexion fam a few months ago and was so very impressed with the level of efficiency of the Nexion staff and of all of the other Nexion agents! What a wonderful experience to meet other professionals and learn how they handle the overwhelming business that we are in. I am sorry that I don't have more time to attend more Nexion meetings and seminars. When I decided to start my own home based travel agency 7 years ago, I did a lot of research before deciding on a host agency. I have been using Nexion as my host agency for 1.5 years, and I'm so impressed with all aspects of the company. I met a Nexion team member in Las Vegas for the home-based travel show and immediately decided to make the switch by dropping my current host. I'm so happy I did! I had no idea how much I was missing by using my old dysfunctional host. The training I've received has been phenomenal........both in person and online. When I call the Nexion office, I'm always greeted with a friendly and helpful employee. My emails are always responded to on the same day. The commission reports are very detailed and professional.....I've never had to wait for payment. The vendors acknowledge Nexion as one of their preferred host agencies so the commission levels are higher and we're given a direct dial number to speak to our business development manager.

There are a lot of opportunities to meet fellow agents with the training events, corporate events, and the online blog offered on our website. Nexion is constantly asking for input in order to make improvements. It's obvious that the whole corporate staff values us as agents and wants us to succeed. I'm extremely happy with them as my host!

It has been 10 years for me with Nexion, and I can honestly say as an agent of over 37 years, Nexion has been the best host.
