I've been in the travel business for 24+ years. I joined Nexion 5 years ago when deciding to take a leap and start a business specializing in corporate travel. I've always strived to go above and beyond with my clients so they luckily followed me. I did extensive research for a host agency prior and decided Nexion was a good fit. After reviewing and considering a number of host agencies, I signed on with Nexion in 2014. Although they are located across the country and in a different time zone, that has not been a problem because they are open long after my business day ends including Saturdays. The support and training are both amazing. A new or seasoned agent could participate in non-stop training options, including webinars specifically designed for Nexion agents, the annual conference, bootcamp and several small local meetings. They really listen when agents ask for a new type of support; currently local Nexion Network groups are forming all over the country. We have fantastic BDMs as well as in house support staff to get us through anything. Nexceptional Hosts!

I have been with Nexion since 2012 and was with other host agencies prior so I have something to compare them to. I am very happy with my relationship with Nexion, they are there to support me when I need it but I can be as independent as I wish to be. They are continually working on offering training, improving their technology and keeping up with industry standards. You can be as involved with Nexion as you want to be. They have a wonderful annual meeting that is fun and informative. They have boot camps, webinars and more. I think the commission structure is more than fair. And the Vacation.Com affiliation is a bonus, in my opinion.

I've been an agent for 36 years, 25 of which was in my own agency.
Fighting the good fight year after year took it's toll on me. I
had a wonderful corporate and leisure business but was so unhappy.
Every day was a different kind of struggle so what to do? Do I
give up all my years of hard work or do I try a different route?
After much research I signed with two Host Agencies. It didn't
take long to make a decision. Within two weeks I new that Nexion
was the perfect fit. Sure there are tremendous earning opportunities and excellent training programs but it was the people at Nexion that made all the difference. Their knowledge and professionalism make me a better agent. As a Nexion agent for 8 years, my only regret is that I didn't look into this earlier.

Six years ago, I decided to join Nexion and it has been one of the best decisions of my professional life. During my 23 years as a travel agent, I've worked in a store front, been completely independent, joined a small host agency and then an international host agency. When my tenure with the international agency ended, I looked very carefully at a new host agency and after serious consideration, I joined Nexion.

At Nexion I have found the staff to be people who want every agent to succeed. Nexion provides the support, the tools, education and communication I need to make my business grow. This is a two-way street and things don't happen because I have a member ID with Nexion. I've attended Nexion's Boot Camp, served on the Advisory Board and have attended 5 Co-Nexions in six years. Just like anything else in life and work, you get out of it what you put into it.

If anyone is thinking of joining a host agency and you are willing to work to build your business, I would highly recommend Nexion.

I have been with Nexion for almost 10 years and I have been very happy with them.
Although they are a large company I feel I do get personal service from all the departments, member services, accounting, and the air department.
Regarding the air department, I use it occasionally and I have been pleased with the service I receive from all the staff. There are different personalities involved - and all are courteous and helpful.
In respect to training, I must say that Nexion puts a huge emphasis on providing training to it's members on a continual basis. Although I haven't been able to attend the past few years, I did attend several Co-Nexion Conferences which are fantastic learning and networking events. Most recently I attended a "Nexion On The Road" regional event; a phenomenal, low-cost event with lots of information important for my business.
To sum up - I have been very satisfied with the choice I made in choosing Nexion as my host and I hope to continue with them for many years.
