Should the The Travel Institute TripKit curriculum be completed with the Nexion education or can it be completed prior to after? Thanks.

The TripKit from the Travel Institute is optional but recommended with our new agent programs. It is a nice addition to our NEXstart collaborative training program and could be completed together.

Do you allow your agents to keep 100% of planning fees they might charge a client?

Planning fees are considered commission income and are paid according to the commission plan type that the advisor is on, less the merchant processing fee.

G Adventures is a preferred supplier partner. Intrepid Travel is currently not a preferred supplier partner; however you are able to book non-preferred suppliers with Nexion. Our preferred supplier partners support our advisors and Nexion by offering higher commissions based on Nexion’s aggregated sales, investing in Nexion’s B2B/B2C marketing and events, providing exclusive deals (bonus commission, gift cards, amenities), valuing the relationship through dedicated account managers/reservation numbers, and offering educational opportunities advisors may not receive/earn on their own.
