What stood out to me about Magical Moments Vacations is their onboarding process and academy training that must be completed before "graduation". You receive a TON of training that will no doubt help you down the road. You have access to various groups where you are free to ask questions and those with more experience are happy to chime in and give their honest opinion/knowledge of the subject and/or guide you to where you can find the answer you need. Support is very helpful with all areas of the agency from onboarding to support beyond with beginner to advanced user groups. The agency provides great assistance to all that are working with the agency.
