Magical Moments is a wonderful company to work with! I was privileged to be a customer long before becoming an agent. Having been on both sides of the sale, I can appreciate the amount of training they offer their agents and the guidance they give in order to help us to create trips of a lifetime! There's no better company out there for agents or clients!

I love working for Magical Moments. I had used them for several past Disney/Universal trips and always had a great experience. When I decided I wanted to pursue a career in travel, I knew there was no where else to look. They are helpful with any questions and have prepared me well to help others plan their vacations.

I joined Magical Moments Vacations in May 2023 and it has been a WONDERFUL experience. The training program has really prepared me for how to start this career. Before finding this company, I had wasted time, money, and energy with a different company. I can't say enough great things about Magical Moments Vacations! I am a new agent with Magical Moments Vacations and it has been a great experience so far! They have a lot of great information at their disposal to help you learn the ins-and-outs of learning how to sell many different types of vacations to your clients whether it be Disney/Universal, All-inclusive resorts, or a build-your-own vacation, and many more. The team has been very helpful and kind throughout the process and they are also a great resource for information and any questions that you might have. If you are new to the business like me I would recommend them as it has been a good experience thus far and I feel as though I am adequately prepared to use any of the platforms now.

Magical Moments Vacations is a wonderful company to work with. I had worked with one of their agents several times for family trips and was fascinated with the career. I don't even know where to start! I was so nervous trying to figure out which agency would be a good fit for me when I took the leap to start my business as a travel agent. I read through so many reviews and found Magical Moments Vacations, every review I read seemed too good to be true but I decided to apply with their agency. I got a response within a day or so which was amazing compared to other agencies I had applied to and waited weeks to hear back from. From the start MMV has been responsive, organized and supportive. I love the program they have you go through the first 6 months you are an agent with them, they set you up for success from day one and are always there along the way. The social media groups you become a part of with other agents is outstanding, I post questions and get answers within minutes. Everyone supports each other, there's never a feeling that I asked a silly question or that I am ever alone because each person I have had contact with has been amazing. I am so glad I made the choice to become a travel agent with MMV and would recommend them to anyone wanting to get into this business!
