When looking at different agencies to join, Magical Moments Vacations had impressive social media pages, was welcoming, friendly, and informative in the interview process, and had a training program unlike other agencies. When I began, I was excited to find that their training is comprehensive and gave me the tools to be successful right from the start! Management is knowledgable and understanding that we are just starting out, so they are there to support us and give us grace. With the agency, I also get to be a part of 3 different Facebook groups that connect me with other experienced agents so I can ask questions and learn from them, get content for social media posts, and more. I'm glad this is the agency I've been able to start my career with!

Magical Moments Vacations provides a very comprehensive training program offering an in-depth introduction to the agency as well as an overview of their suppliers. I appreciated the private Facebook group they have for Academy members where you can ask questions anytime they come up and you will receive a response.
