They create a cohort for your first month that provides every detail you need to be trained properly. Extremely responsive to every small question that is asked. They’ve also created an online forum where you can connect with other advisors. I feel like I can reach out to any member of this company at any time and I’d be met with help and understanding. They know how to celebrate wins as a company and for individuals, which is important. Incredible company to work for and I’m very honored to be an advisor for them!
