I've been involved with Avoya for a couple months now. I've been in travel before so there with things I knew to expect, and some new things I have learned as well. They do send you leads, and the web leads really do take a lot of work. I don't yet feel I am where I want to be, but I do feel the support and assistance is available to help me get there. When Avoya talks about their Shared Success Model, they truly do beleive it and the more you put into it as an agent, the more your'e going to get from them as the agency. This is not instant, overnight, get rich quick. Having said that, I think the earning potential is significant and is definitely there.

After spending 40+ years in the travel industry I decided to come out of semi retirement and get back into the retail travel business. It has always been my first love. My personal relationship with Avoya dates back to 2001 when they were America's Vacation Center and I was booking our personal travel through them. I have worked as a travel consultant for 40 years, mostly for Brick and Mortar agencies as an employee and manager. Other than my 4 years with Burdines Travel in the 80's this has been the greatest experience of my career.
