Leisure Travel Agent

RealREPP has teamed up with a successful travel company to assist in hiring a fully remote Leisure Agent.

Responsibilities

• VIP Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including air travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and any special requests using Sabre.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements to deliver tailored travel experiences.
• Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, considering factors such as meeting schedules, time zones, and potential disruptions, to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to the company's travel policies and guidelines, while also seeking cost-effective solutions.
• Crisis Management: Handle unexpected travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or changes, with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Travel Technology: Utilize travel booking system, Sabre, and management platforms effectively to streamline processes and enhance the overall travel experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience: 3+ years of experience as a leisure travel agent,
