Job Summary
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, event and/or meeting planning for Lucchese employees.
Scope Of Job
Serve as primary point of contact to secure travel arrangements and event venues for company meetings, that conform to company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities
Develops travel arrangements, writes itineraries, formulates travel plans, and tracks the progress of current trips for clients and employees. Manages and schedules bookings/reservations for hotels, flights, trains, car rentals, conventions, and establishments. Maintains communication channels with traveling employees. Addresses employee needs and special requests during planning, handles emergencies and issues as they arise promptly. May coordinate with other business units and leaders to request travel approval. May consolidate booking receipts and calculate expenses to ensure travel arrangements remain within budget. Ability to negotiate pricing for hotel, and event management. Other responsibilities as assigned.
