Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Experience Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and creating tailored travel experiences. You will work with new and existing clients to offer personalized travel solutions, maximize sales opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Salary: Range $45-60k USD; incentive plan additional
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities:
· Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Customer Centric focus: Build strong relationship, trust and provide best in class service to new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Travel Consultation: Offer personalized travel recommendations tailored to the client’s preferences, needs, and budget.
· Cross-Selling and Upselling: Maximize revenue by identifying opportunities for additional services (e.g., upgrades, tours, hotels).
· Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, offers, and supplier partnerships to offer informed recommendations.
KPIs:
· Sales Targets: Achieve 100% or more of the monthly/quarterly sales revenue target.
· Lead Conversion Rate: Convert at least 25% of leads into confirmed bookings.
· Average Booking Size: Maintain or exceed the target per booking.
· Client Feedback Score: Maintain a survey score of 80% or higher from client feedback.
Detailed Accountabilities:
· Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their travel preferences and budget.
· Consult with clients to develop personalized travel itineraries, including accommodation, transfers, and activities/tours.
· Build long-term client relationships by maintaining regular contact, following up on requests, and addressing any issues.
· Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best deals and ensure excellent value for clients.
· Stay up-to-date with travel advisories, visa requirements, and destination updates to inform clients accordingly.
· Work cross-functionally with the Operations team to manage post-booking care, including confirming trip details, handling cancellations or rescheduling, and resolving any travel issues.
· Collaborate with marketing and product to provide input to develop campaigns that attract new clients and increase bookings.
· Manage time efficiently to ensure responsibilities are met without needing direct oversight.
· Use CRM/booking tools to maintain accurate client records and follow-ups.
· Be adaptable and prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business goals.
