Is this you?

You could have 2 years or 20 years of experience, if you have the fire in your belly and are smart, passionate, and honest, we don’t care about years, we care about who you are and what you can do.

The travel industry is your home, you have a loyal customer following that sometimes send you gifts and you are looking to play a positive role in the lives of your customers as their trusted advisor. You love the challenge of staying ahead of an executive’s crazy schedule and you support their executive assistant with the right information at the right time. You are the ears and the eyes of the perfect journey, from start to finish.

As a Senior VIP Corporate Travel Agent, you will confidently offer expert guidance and be keen to share your knowledge. You will want to assist our clients to perfect their travel plans. You will be calm and reassuring and no challenge will be too much trouble. You will be able to offer hints and suggestions and will enjoy making recommendations. This could be for a great place to stay, the best seat onboard, the latest special offers, or just ways to make their journey run more smoothly. And of course, you'll help our clients travel within their company policy wherever possible and immerse yourself in their culture.

What’s in your tool box?

  • You can map out a journey in your head as the world map is second nature to you
  • You know airline hub and spoke systems and alliances and stay on top of perks and what the airline marketers know will make travelers happy and coming back for more
  • Contacts, contacts, contacts! You have your special people that will open seats, get that corner room or have the car waiting with a “reserved sign” in the window
  • You read travel mags and know who the “Points Guy” is 😉
  • Birthdays, anniversaries and getting a puppy are personal knowledge you gather and value about your clients
  • Your dinner table conversation is a notch above the rest – everyone wants to hear what you’ve been up to or the most recent tidbit you picked up
  • You are a master at understanding how much or how little you need to follow up. You know some people read and others don’t!
  • You have traveled to at least 3 continents and have a travel bucket list that will take a lifetime to complete.
  • You get all this done because you have a system; organized lists and a schedule of when to check, when to call and what to look for are how you can manage the chaos of business travel.
