HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Every position at Clyde Companies is critical to the success of the whole. In this position, we are looking for an experienced travel professional who can oversee all travel arrangements for our employees and customer group travel. We are looking for someone driven to excel and highly self-motivated. Your specific responsibilities as part of the Corporate Travel Department will include

  • Visualize and implement Clyde Companies’ vision and core values
  • Provide all guests exceptional experience management service
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and oversee operations
  • Advise on protocol, travel documents, insurance, COVID regulations, etc.
  • Manage credit card programs and charges
  • Process timely reports and reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement of travel programs and processes
  • Unflinching agility that adjusts to last minute schedule changes and cancellations
  • Adjust to competing priorities
  • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.

  • A consummate professional with proven experience within the Travel Industry
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and SABRE/CTM/GDS/Wholesale solutions
  • Exceptionally detailed oriented, well-organized, and reliable
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service, experience management and interpersonal skills
  • Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skill
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • An analytical mind with strong business acumen
  • Self-Starter – high initiative to problem-solve, requires minimal to no supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourceful on demand. Able to react well under pressure
  • Growth mindset and flexibility to do what it takes for the team to excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Required two Professional References
