Job Description:
As a Leisure Travel Advisor at ClubTrip, you will be responsible for designing and booking travel experiences for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and create customized itineraries that meet their needs. This role offers the flexibility to work wherever you want, making it ideal for travel enthusiasts seeking to turn their passion into a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Create personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide informed recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the ClubTrip team to ensure seamless execution of travel bookings.
Qualifications:
- A passion for golf, ski, travel and a genuine desire to help others explore the world.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that inspire confidence and trust.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Previous experience in travel planning is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic newcomers!
- Knowledge of golf and ski destinations is beneficial but not required.
