Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Flexible to work long hours, nights, and weekends when disasters occur.

Typical Work Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)

Pay | $45,000 - $50,000 + overtime during emergency events

Lodging and Travel Coordinator tasks include managing lodging and travel for crews that respond to disaster events, booking accommodations, scheduling flights, handling transportation needs, maintaining efficiency in a high-paced work environment, and fostering relationships with national hotel and rental car companies.
