What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.
What do you like most about Travefy?
Travefy has so many ways for an agent to grow and automate their business, so it is hard to pick just one thing I like the most, however if I had to choose it would be how user friendly it is for any of the applications you are using.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I haven't found an item that needs improvement because Travefy is always increasing its integrations and offerings. I feel like when I think of something, they've already thought of it and implemented it, or it is on its way!
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Travefy helps me build amazing proposals and itineraries for clients, and it also helped me build a way to attract clients to my services using forms, pages, and the amazing city guides! The integration with airlines, tour services, cruise lines, and SO MUCH MORE makes my job easier. I could keep going!

Travefy is a total game changer! I found them when I was still new to the travel business and they were exactly what I needed to present quote and itineraries to clients that were professional and saved me tons of time. They helped me build my business and created a solid foundation that was scalable as my business has grown.

What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
They could improve by becoming a full-blown CRM with accounting functionality and I'm sure they will eventually.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Travefy helps me from start to finish with my clients. I begin most trips with collecting information needed to begin the quoting or booking process through forms built on Travefy. Building professional quotes and itineraries is a breeze using my Travefy library or finding other great material shared by other Travefy users. Clients love the complimentary app that comes with each itinerary. They have their trips handy at all times and we both get notified quickly of any flight changes. Thanks to Travefy, I'm able to always have their trips with me so I can ensure I'm able to support them if a need arises. Travefy is truly the best!

I recently discovered Travefy and it has been a game changer for me and my business! It's very user-friendly platform and every day, I find more tools that help me communicate with my clients in a professional manner. I've seen an increase in interaction with my clients and business has increased since utilizing the Travefy platform. And to top it off, I appreciate the one-on-one support they provide.

I reached out to Travefy and they provided one on one support answering all my questions regarding how to use the platform and provided helpful tips. That was so helpful to me as a new Travel Agent just getting started.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I love this product - it's so versatile and exhaustive and just keeps getting better - we use this so much from basic FIT to cruise and tours and pre/post ... being able to get everything all in 1 place for our customers make it seamless and easy for everyone

It does need more TO and the ability to get some more customized options integrated.
