What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.

Customization Options: Increasing the level of customization for itineraries could help users better tailor plans to their specific needs and preferences.

Itinerary Organization: It helps consolidate all travel details—flights, accommodations, activities—into one easily accessible itinerary, reducing the chaos of scattered information.

Travefy is fantastic. It made me look professional from day one, my customers love the itineraries and I love how easy it is.

Travefy listens to all of the suggestions that I’ve made. There are small things that could be tightened up, but nothing worth mentioning here.

I thought I was going to spend hours creating proposals and itineraries. Travefy cuts that time significantly.
What do you like most about Travefy?
The variety of programs in which Travefy can perform, such as Credit Card Verification forms, we can make our own New Client forms to match our needs, we can design landing pages for cruises or groups we might be doing. They are always right there to help walk you through an area you might not be sure about. Lots of webinars and training on their new items. Just love their enthusiasm with the product.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Have issues sometimes with emails that are from Outlook that will not allow us to send new client forms to our client. I haven't found to many things that need improvement yet.

They help solved our issue of keeping track of all our clients and have helped us promote our group cruises to increase out bookings

I like the expansive resources and photos that combine to make a detailed, comprehensive travel document! Great product! Thank you!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I would like to see the ability to save each user's information as we are a Travel Agency with many ICs who use the app. We cannot pay for memberships for each IC that uses Travefy.

Travefy solves the issue of having to 'cut and paste' information to send to a Client. Travefy provides the tools to create a beautifully detailed travel document.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I was able to get rid of several other subscription costs by switching to Travefy. I now use for FORMS, CC AUTH, WEBSITE and LANDING PAGES. It's a huge time-saver for me! I love the Marketplace where we can share templates so there's no recreating the wheel. This was a huge PLUS! The support is also second-to-none. Questions are answered very quickly by staff and I love the training lives and recordings. Great program even for those that find tech challenging.

I'd love to see a deeper dive into the CRM portion.

Travefy solves so many things. Document processing, quoting and then instantly it's already a confirmed itinerary. Time saving!

Integrate payment forms with itineraries. Adopt supplier content in your product descriptions. Some of the descriptions are a bit generic. Launch and feed that brings in all the content, pictures, and videos directly from the supplier.

1. Organization- Startups need to be organized. Travefy does this through its breakthrough functions that make sense.
2. Credibility- Clients are always looking for legitimacy. Travefy's rich content platforms strongly convey to clients that You Mean Business!
3. Adaptable CRM- I love how Travefy's CRM allows you to scale up your data to be more targeted with client relations.
4. Trip Plans App- My clients love that all their travel details can be easily be found in one place.

Travefy saves me valuable time when creating itineraries and proposals. The ability to create my own components or use their database is a game changer!

I am able to integrate personalized items to an itinerary or proposal, or insert items from their library. I can save and modify pieces I use often, instead of reinventing the wheel each time.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been using Travefy since 2019 and have loved it since then! My client proposals and itineraries always look amazing, and I'm able to share a lot of information quickly and easily. My clients love the app, and it's easy to download and print for those clients who want the best of an app with old-school paper itineraries. Travefy listens to users and is continually making updates to make everything more user-friendly for agents. They also have great webinars and training sessions!! 100% worth the money - even if you are using other industry tools.

The only thing that Travefy currently does not offer, and admittedly, it may not fit its purpose, is commission tracking. It is more of a client-forward tool, which is great!! It would be amazing to have more backend capabilities.

It lets me quickly put together proposals that look great and are easily editable. I can quickly create complex itineraries that clients then use with step-by-step guidance, empowering them to travel all over the world without stress! Whenever I get a question, I can always say - "It's in your Trip Plan!"
