What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.

What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Integrate payment forms with itineraries. Adopt supplier content in your product descriptions. Some of the descriptions are a bit generic. Launch and feed that brings in all the content, pictures, and videos directly from the supplier.

1. Organization- Startups need to be organized. Travefy does this through its breakthrough functions that make sense.
2. Credibility- Clients are always looking for legitimacy. Travefy's rich content platforms strongly convey to clients that You Mean Business!
3. Adaptable CRM- I love how Travefy's CRM allows you to scale up your data to be more targeted with client relations.
4. Trip Plans App- My clients love that all their travel details can be easily be found in one place.

Travefy saves me valuable time when creating itineraries and proposals. The ability to create my own components or use their database is a game changer!

I am able to integrate personalized items to an itinerary or proposal, or insert items from their library. I can save and modify pieces I use often, instead of reinventing the wheel each time.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been using Travefy since 2019 and have loved it since then! My client proposals and itineraries always look amazing, and I'm able to share a lot of information quickly and easily. My clients love the app, and it's easy to download and print for those clients who want the best of an app with old-school paper itineraries. Travefy listens to users and is continually making updates to make everything more user-friendly for agents. They also have great webinars and training sessions!! 100% worth the money - even if you are using other industry tools.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
The only thing that Travefy currently does not offer, and admittedly, it may not fit its purpose, is commission tracking. It is more of a client-forward tool, which is great!! It would be amazing to have more backend capabilities.

It lets me quickly put together proposals that look great and are easily editable. I can quickly create complex itineraries that clients then use with step-by-step guidance, empowering them to travel all over the world without stress! Whenever I get a question, I can always say - "It's in your Trip Plan!"

I'd love to see a more robust CRM so that I could get rid of the one I'm presently using.

Travefy provides our team with the tools needed to create beautiful, informative, professional itineraries for our clients. Having the ability to update changes in real time on the mobile app, to in turn immediately update our clients itineraries is a feature our team appreciates.

Travefy continues to work with suppliers to add prebuilt itineraries which is fantastic!

Having the ability to have all of the information clients need access to during travel (train tickets, flight information, excursion confirmations, etc.), in one place - is priceless!

Travefy keeps me sane by organizing my clients trips in a simple, yet beautiful way. My clients rave about the app they can use to access their itinerary and important documents before/during travel. The automation has been a game changer for my business. I don't know how I would survive without this amazing tool.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I would love to see some features to help manage group travel.
A check-box to include or not include a full description of a tour or hotel with printed documents. For example, I like to include a full description of the hotel/tour in the itinerary online, but I don't need the full description in the PDF (just the title and brief description).
The Proposal could be improved by allow us to offer different hotel or tour options on the same day and give clients the ability to select their choice before approving the itinerary.
The Forms could be improved by giving us the ability to RESEND a form from the Contact (instead of needing to send a new form and fill in the payment details again).

Travefy allows me to offer multiple resorts or tour options in one itinerary. I also use Travefy to collect payments, which is essential.
What do you like most about Travefy?
Travefy is so easy to use and looks very professional. I attribute many successful trip sales to proposals I put together for clients in Travefy. I don't think those same clients would have booked without all the photos and details in the proposal. And for already-booked clients, the itinerary builder and mobile app is vital for helping them prep for their trip and keep things together while traveling.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
The advisor-facing site could be a little more user-friendly, but Travefy is improving their tech all the time, and has gotten a lot cleaner in the past year alone, so I know it will only keep improving!

I absolutely love how professional it looks to my guests and how easy it is to use for me as the travel advisor. It is 100% a win win. It has definitely been a huge time saver for me in sending quotes, sending guests itineraries and trip details, etc. I do not know how I spent the first 10 years of my career without it. I would like to see the ability to create folders and add items to those. My library is all jumbled up with various files and types. As an organized, visual person, I'd love to see folders of some sort.
