What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.

I’d love to see continued enhancements to the agent-facing app. As advisors, we’re constantly on the go, and having access to more information and full platform capabilities within the app would greatly improve efficiency and flexibility.

My favourite part of Travefy is the itineraries I can create for my clients. My clients love it, and it looks professional. I used to use Canv,a which was so time-consuming.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I would like it if when building trips there was a running total of trip costs. Would make it easier to avoid user error when totalling up trip costs for client.

Building beautiful professional proposals that can easily be converted into an itinerary. The ease of use, import feature, smart import etc make it so much faster freeing up time for other tasks.

The client facing app. My clients love having access to their itinerary and travel documents even offline!
The live flight updates. I have done a comparison of the 3 main platforms most advisors are using today, and Travefy had the best updates.

The proposals and itineraries are beautiful and are fantastic even for the luxury clients you may serve.
The new invoicing feature has been a great feature and looks really professional!

I’ve been using Travefy in my business and it’s become a core part of how I deliver a high-touch, professional client experience.
One of the biggest reasons I trust Travefy is their strong data security protocols. Protecting client information and my business data is non-negotiable, and Travefy takes that seriously.
I also rely heavily on the content library. Being able to store destinations, supplier info, and reusable components saves an incredible amount of time and keeps everything consistent across trips.
The automations are another standout. They free up my time while still allowing me to provide pristine, organized client care without things slipping through the cracks.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is very strong for individual trip design and client-facing delivery, but there is room for improvement on the group travel side.
To truly function as a full all-in-one travel platform, group management tools would need to be expanded. Travefy currently lacks several features that are important for managing group trips efficiently, such as more robust participant tracking, group payments, and centralized group-level workflows.
As more advisors expand into hosted groups, retreats, and incentive travel, strengthening group functionality would make Travefy even more powerful and reduce the need to rely on multiple systems.

Travefy solves the problem of time, organization, and consistency in my business.
It allows me to create polished itineraries and proposals efficiently without rebuilding the wheel for every client. Having a centralized library and automations means fewer manual steps, less room for error, and more time to focus on client care instead of admin work.
It also solves trust and professionalism on the client side. The platform presents information in a clean, intuitive way that clients understand and enjoy using, which reduces confusion, back-and-forth questions, and friction during the planning process.
Most importantly, Travefy helps me deliver a high-touch experience at scale without burning out.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I have used Travefy since 2020. I love having unlimited landing pages as this allows me to dedicate my groups their own page that I control with beautiful designs. I love that my clients get a free app to view their itineraries which allows me to update details for each client or group and they can view it when time allows. Automation and invoices keep me on track and empowers my clients to be self sufficient for their payments and documents. Allowing them to use the app offline is 10/10.

I would love a calendar view on payment due dates but I use my tasks reminders in Travefy currently.

Everything. My biggest thing is self branding. All of my invoices, app and landing pages show my business name. Not my host or Travefy.

One area Travefy could improve is offering more advanced customization and automation options.
While the platform is incredibly strong for organization and presentation, having deeper automation within the CRM (like more customizable workflows or triggers) and additional design flexibility in itineraries and websites would make it even more powerful.
That said, Travefy continues to evolve, and even with this opportunity for growth, it remains an essential tool that I rely on daily to run my travel business efficiently and professionally.

This entire platform elevates your entire business. If I had to choose other than obvious Itinerary Builder Feature, the Invoicing feature has encouraged an increase in trust from my clients!

I think the only thing I could see being improved upon is the tracking of commission to be able to set dates of transactions.

I also think the presentation to my clients of the itinerary and invoicing feature has given that much needed confidence they chose the right Travel Advisor. The landing page feature also opened up my business to hundreds of perspective clients.
