What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I found Travefy software to be incredibly user-friendly and easy to master. The abundance of training videos and live Zoom sessions provided a thorough walkthrough of its features, making the learning process seamless. Additionally, the FAQ page and online chat support are invaluable resources; I consistently receive prompt and helpful responses.
The interface is intuitive, and I appreciate the thoughtful layout and organization of the PDF trip files. Our clients have particularly enjoyed using the TravelPlans App, which enhances their travel experience by allowing them to follow along easily during their journeys. Overall, Travefy has truly elevated our travel planning process!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Overall, Travefy is an excellent tool for travel agencies, but I’ve identified a few areas where enhancements could be beneficial.
First, while the trips screen allows sorting by travel date or trip name, it would be a significant improvement to also organize trips by travel location or travel partner name. Adding these options would enhance usability, as I find the current tagging system to be somewhat limited in effectiveness.
Additionally, when I click on a client’s name and select the “send forms” button, I’d appreciate a wider dropdown menu. The current layout doesn’t provide enough space to display the full form names, which often leads me to search through the library instead of sending forms directly from the client page.
Regarding form creation, it would be fantastic to have the option to insert tables within forms for client input. For instance, our client profile form previously included a table for each traveler, but this feature is lacking in Travefy. As a result, we’re still relying on Word documents, which makes the process cumbersome and lengthy.
Lastly, when adding hotels to a trip, I often find that the descriptions and images are underwhelming. The provided descriptions tend to be quite basic and lack the engaging detail that excites clients about their accommodations. Similarly, the images can be hit or miss, leading me to edit and enhance this information myself more often than not.
I believe addressing these areas would further elevate the user experience and enhance the value of Travefy for travel agencies.

By consolidating itineraries into the platform, we can easily identify any potential overlaps in activities, ensuring a smoother travel experience for our clients. It’s user friendly! I was able to subscribe and start working more efficiently from the get go. On top of this, their team is helpful, supportive and always trying to improve Travefy. They have lots of great webinars and trainings that have been quite useful.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I love that I can send forms and itineraries directly to a clients email from Travefy. However, I wish the messaging that went along with said forms and itineraries was a bit more advanced. For example, able to use hyperlinks in messages, underline, bold, italicize, etc.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
I originally purchased Travefy for assistance with itinerary building. It’s amazing for that but has so many other great benefits. I’ve recently been using Travefy to create tasks list and structure my workflow with Tique’s templates. It’s been a game changer!
What do you like most about Travefy?
The ease of forms, waivers and itinerary integration. I love my library and the ability to save all that I have created. It keeps me organized and allows me to present myself in a professional way to clients. I also like Market Place for ideas and established items to pull in and enhance your own library. Lastly, I like the customer service and training teams. They are so accessible and always willing to help solve a need or question.

Possible email formatting when sharing forms, authorizations.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Time saving! With just one software, I can create an itinerary, save and change it as needed, generate leads through forms, protect myself with waivers and authorizations, offer custom landing pages for my groups, integrate with outside tours and vendors, all while presenting myself in a clear, clean, creative and professional manner to my clients.
Travefy allows me to tailor my itineraries, waivers, authorizations, landing pages to each of my clients needs without having to reinvent the cart each time. The time-saving to me is invaluable. I have been using Travefy for 4 years and have been able to establish an extensive library as to where I can easily throw together a quick general itinerary to send off to a potential client while I work on their estimate. It gets the client excited and gives me a little time to create a more custom itinerary once plans have been made.
But, even more than that, Travefy gives me confidence and security with their waiver, authorization and forms section. I have concrete proof of dates, acknowledgments and the flexibility to to create, change and save them for different scenarios, vendors, etc.

I absolutely love Travefy! The itineraries, ability to move a booking over as an itinerary easily, ability to upload passports, invoicing, the library. You name it, I love it. But what I love most about Travefy is their customer service and how they listen to travel agents wants and needs.

Currently I don't have anything that could be improved - however they are always coming out with something and I think, that is great - I needed that. So they know my needs before I do.

The one issue I had was not really an issue but I wanted to be able to upload passports and now we can.
What do you like most about Travefy?
With so many itinerary builders available, I think I've tried all the free trials out there. Travefy was definitely the best option by far. As a company, they prioritize process and system improvements which was really important to me since the industry is always changing. Their customer service is super responsive if you have a question or issue and are always happy to help. My clients are absolutely obsessed with the Trip Plans App too!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
As a full blown CRM I think it works well if you are booking simple things like cruises or group escorted tours, but for FITs I just don't think it's robust enough yet (aside from proposals and itineraries). They've made a lot of improvements/adjustments over the last year with tasks and automation which is great, but there's not a way to add detailed invoicing yet. You can collect a credit card authorization, but I just like having more detailed invoices, so I still do all of that and direct client communication via TravelJoy.

The layout of my itineraries is always organized, plus with the library and marketplace, there are numerous ways to cut down on the time it takes to build everything out.
What do you like most about Travefy?
Travefy has been amazing for my company. The ease of use and the ability to save my companies documents to the systerm is great. From the webpages to the proposals and itineraries, I am completely satisfied, worth every cent.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
The only area I would like to see improvement is for my clients to have the ability to add activities to their trip from their app.

Travefy allows for easy itinerary building with places to put information separated from dated itinerary items. It is easy to drag and drop and organize items.
They also offer signatures for Credit Card Authorizations and insurance waivers that help protect your business and that can be customized to provide detailed inclusions and exclusions.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Allowing Terms and Conditions to be incorporated into the Credit Card Authorizations more inherently.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
It is easy to get Credit Card Authorizations without it being a complex process, so even those clients who are not tech savvy are able to do it and protect me and my business.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I love that Travefy not only allows me to create and save my own itineraries but also has tons of itineraries in its database making my job so much easier.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I'd like to be able to provide my clients with several options in one proposal. I've learned to make it work but I'd like to see what Travefy could create that would allow me to do build more than 1 option in 1 proposal.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Oh! they make my life so much easier. Quoting and creating itineraries is a breeze. What would take me 15-20 mins before (just typing out) now takes me 3-5 minutes, all because I have everything pre-set.

I have been using Travefy for a few years now and absolutely love it! It takes some time to build your library, but their support is super helpful. I love that I can access itineraries or quotes on the go. I recommend it to colleagues anytime anyone asks about it!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I really do wish we had folders for easier organization. I get that many like the label system, but for me, folders would be so much easier.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
I love being able to "hide" a quote if someone decides not to book with me. And once a client travels, I can "hide" their itinerary, I also love how easy it is to put together quotes, and edit them without having to redo an entire email.
What do you like most about Travefy?
Travefy is great for new advisors who want to make sure their processes are in place. From marketing (websites) to documentation (e.g., secure CC authorization forms) and travel itineraries, their features provide enough operational support to business owners without being overly pricey. Plus, they're constantly releasing new and exciting updates to their platform!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I would love the forms to have conditional fields, and it would be great to build out the CRM portion to include more components than standard personal data.
