What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.

What I like most about Travefy is its intuitive platform that makes organizing trip details easy. The user-friendly itinerary builder lets me create polished itineraries quickly, saving time. Seamless collaboration with clients and suppliers in one place, plus responsive support from the Travefy team, truly empowers travel advisors.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy could improve by adding advanced form features like conditional logic, enhancing invoice flexibility with easier payment adjustments and supplier payment options, and improving collaboration tools for clearer communication among agents. These updates would boost efficiency and usability for busy advisors.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Travefy streamlines trip planning by organizing itineraries, documents, and communications in one platform. It saves me time, enables smooth collaboration with clients and suppliers, and simplifies invoicing and payments - helping me work more efficiently and professionally.
What do you like most about Travefy?
This entire platform elevates your entire business. If I had to choose other than obvious Itinerary Builder Feature, the Invoicing feature has encouraged an increase in trust from my clients!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I think the only thing I could see being improved upon is the tracking of commission to be able to set dates of transactions.

TIME! The Itinerary builder has saved my so much time in my business. I also think the presentation to my clients of the itinerary and invoicing feature has given that much needed confidence they chose the right Travel Advisor. The landing page feature also opened up my business to hundreds of perspective clients.

Travefy provides an easy-to-use platform that helped me take my business to the next level. I love the fact that Travefy listens to its users to update and take the tool in a direction that meets the needs of Travel Advisors.

Default currency settings should be adjustable so I don't have to change each line item

Itinerary builder with city guides; Invoicing with next payment authorization built in; Automatic commission tracking from the information put on the invoice. It saves so much time
What do you like most about Travefy?
I love 3 things the most:
1) the flight tracker - I love being able to be up to date with all the flight changes. I have noticed that Travefy gets these updates faster or as fast as the airline apps. I update my clients and they see me as a "Flight expert" just because Travefy keeps me updated. This is an amazing feature.
2) the professional looking itineraries - I originally was introduced to Travefy by an Ed to Go course via a Travel agent course I was taking right after the pandemic. I FELL in love immediately. The itineraries were GORGEOUS and make me look so good to my clients. I have used the itineraries for Missionaries and others who travel and they totally like the personal touch that they think I put in to their itineraries. I owe that compliment to TRAVEFY alone.
3) The TripPlanner App that my clients get to use - This is such a great feature. My clients - tech savvy or not - they love having all the information in one app. The ability to communicate with me while they travel as well as get flight updates - time changes, gate changes, whatever... this is a beautiful feature that I love Travefy for.
Now they have added so many more features, and I can hardly wait to master all of the great features.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy has such a wide range of support including videos and they even make time for one-one-one email, chat, and video support. I have watched the videos over and over on features that I am learning about. So far, I can't find anything I do not like. There are features that I am not using yet but that is because it takes me awhile to learn and time to incorporate the new things in my work schedule. I am a part time advisor. Since I am part time, my limited time only allows me time to use Travefy the way I am familiar and comfortable with and limited time to learn about new features. That is my personal time management issue and not a Travefy issue.

Travefy saves me time and lots of stress by helping me keep up with all the trips I have planned in one location. It is one of the best things I have added to my business.
What do you like most about Travefy?
Travefy provides all of the tools I need to create, organize, and manage Client trip proposals, trip itineraries, and CRM. The recent addition of Invoicing for Service fees processed by Stripe is a game-changer. For years, I wrestled with the decision to charge or not charge service fees. Every step of the charging service fees and collecting the payments seemed overwhelming. The Travefy development team partnered with Stripe for fee collection. The simplicity of generating a professional-looking invoice and tracking payment is easily done within Travefy. Simple and easy.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy Notifications or alerts for overdue items could be more obvious.
Contacts could benefit from additional features and improved integration. For example, linking individual Contact records to indicate individuals sharing the same home address.

Proposal/ Itinerary creation, Client Service Fee invoicing, and how to present the itineraries to my clients.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I absolutely love Travefy. My clients are always impressed with how vibrant their itineraries are. The fact that they can have all of their travel documents, itineraries, and important information in one place is great. The mobile app Trip Plans is beautiful and easy.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I’m not sure about how to use some of the features, but not due to Travefy. There are tons on features and it definitely takes practice. Their YouTube is great for learning, and I pop in when I need to know how to use a feature.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Travefy makes it easy for my clients to make decisions on multiple proposal request with the Decision feature. I’m excited to use the new Invoice feature and Schedule Payment feature.

My clients love the app - having all of their documents in one place and able to access it while offline is wonderful!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I look forward to the hotel descriptions and photos (from the general library) improving like they have done for cruising!

Travefy simplifies my processes - I load all guest documents into each itinerary along with confirmation numbers and phone numbers for each trip element. I love the travel advisor app which lets me quickly pull up any trip and trip document with ease when I am away from my desk!

Travefy has been hyper-focused on ease of use for travel professionals. The platform is simple and sleek, yet incredibly powerful in supporting the day-to-day operations of my business. Watching their growth—from itinerary building to landing pages, CRM functionality, marketing tools, invoicing for fees, and soon, email integration—reminds me that choosing to invest in Travefy from the very beginning was absolutely the right decision.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is hard at work to integrate email functionality. This has been a growing pain as I work to automate as much of my business as possible. My understanding is that email integration is in the pipeline to be released in 2025.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Is “all of them” a legit answer? The technology provided by my host agency is outdated, difficult to use, and lacks a client-facing app. Travefy brings my business into the modern age with tools that allow me to build complex itineraries quickly, invoice clients for supplier payments, manage CRM details, automate workflows, and design landing pages for group travel. I live and breathe Travefy in my daily work.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I attended the Travefy Training Camp this year, and found it to be very informative; especially their New Agent Series and New Agent Training Program, which I'm looking forward to participating in. I would highly recommend attending their annual program for the established TA and their New Agent Program for the newbies, like my self.

As a newbie, I've not used their product enough for form an objective review.

My favorite feature by far is the Marketplace. It offers a vast selection of ready-made templates for itineraries, tasks, emails, and more, making it incredibly easy to create professional and polished materials for my clients. As someone who is still building my processes, having access to these templates saves me so much time and ensures that I’m delivering high-quality, detailed trip plans without starting from scratch.

Travefy excels in organizing trip details, but I wish it had better reporting and analytics features to help track revenue, expenses, and overall business performance. A dashboard with insights on bookings, commission earnings, and client trends would make it easier to evaluate growth and adjust my strategies accordingly.
