What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.
What do you like most about Travefy?
Robust suite of useful tools beyond the beautiful itinerary creator that makes me look professional to my customers. I love the integration with a top suppliers.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Maybe more options for the look and layout of Pages but then again this is kind of the Bonus. I'd also like to see more pre-defined tasks that can be automated - I do like how this better in a competitor but the competitor doesn't offer the breadth of options in other areas. I wish they had support on the weekends, this is when I usually have time to work on learning software.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Providing secure industry compliant options for critical tasks like collecting CC & passport data. And of course the itinerary creation is easy once you understand how to use - they have excellent tutorials and support chat is usually available.
What do you like most about Travefy?
The proposals and itineraries built in Travefy are second to none and usually close the sale for me. They are both very easy to build and the system is very intuitive and user-friendly. What puts Travefy over the top is the customer service. Questions answered and help provided when you need it - that means a lot to me.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy listens to travel agents and makes updates as they can. I'd love to see a small email update to add to the messaging option. Just to be able to format messages a little more.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Pretty much all of them! I have a CRM of clients, proposals, itineraries, notes, a chat function, an app for my clients, landing pages/website, and more. Travefy has listened and done a great job - I'm so impressed!
What do you like most about Travefy?
I chose Travefy specifically for the itinerary builder, the app feature, and website/landing page builder. It is truly amazing and easy to use for both! It enhances my credibility with clients because it looks so professional. And most people want their itinerary with them on the phone.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the CRM side - contacts, forms, invoicing- are not super robust. It works well with a little time but that piece could be better. I'm in California with SOT laws so invoicing is a lower priority for me.

Professional looking website, itineraries and phone app. Central place to track my clients, and form responses.

There is so much you can do with Travefy! I love that there is always someone available to help me if I need it. I really enjoy all the training sessions Travefy does! Thank you!!

For me, building proposals and itineraries is where Travefy is the biggest help! I am anxious to learn much more about what Travefy offers to really grow my business!

I currently do not use Travefy as a CRM but would be interested in doing this if the process was simple.

I started my travel business less than a year ago. Discovering Travefy and everything it does for me has been life changing. I spend little time preparing proposals and they look so profesional! I love having all my client's information in just one place and the task manager is so helpful.

It does so many things that it can be a little overwhelming to first time users. But I guess it is a good thing!

Travefy has been so easy to use! The marketplace feature has been an incredible way to share forms/proposals/ideas with other people in the industry who also use Travefy. I have been able to provide clients with detailed and organized proposals and itineraries. The platform is easy to use and the Travefy team is always incredibly helpful and friendly!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I track all of my sales totals and commissions in Excel, so it would be nice to have some type of reporting/tracking feature within this platform.

Brand new advisor here! I initially purchased Travefy as a tool to help me present beautiful itineraries to my clients.
