What do you like most about Travefy?
I have been a Travefy customer for over 6 years now and finding this software 5-stars. They are continually adding more functions which makes the software easier for the agent but more importantly - exceeds expection for the client. The training webinars are great learning tools. The "Marketplace" within Travefy is fantastic as many other agents using Travefy post their Itineraries and Proposals that others can use freely to build your own. I have gotten many compliments from my clients as to how professional I am and have saved many "headaches" from clients traveling as all the information and documents are within the emails and links.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Travefy is constantly listening to agents and as such the software is continually improving almost monthly. Agents are asked to submit suggestions which are read by program developers and are answered - which makes an agent feel that at least someone is listening. Naturally every idea from every agent can't be implemented, but at least they are acknowledged making one feel that they are being listened to.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
To me, I have gained loyal customers because of the detail presentation given to them - all the documents can be included in the itinerary. Travefy also has an APP which can be downloaded for the client to have all the information no matter where they are in this world. The graphics, the city guides for almost every port allows the client to have all the knowledge of the places they are visiting. Easy to put together a total itinerary. This has allowed me to have my clients give referrals to others and makes me stand out as a travel advisor who cares for his clients.
What do you like most about Travefy?
I started my travel business less than a year ago. Discovering Travefy and everything it does for me has been life changing. I spend little time preparing proposals and they look so profesional! I love having all my client's information in just one place and the task manager is so helpful.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
It does so many things that it can be a little overwhelming to first time users. But I guess it is a good thing!

A great, simple CRM that contains all my clients information; fast and easy proposals that look super professional.

What's NOT to LOVE!!! All the tools are fantastic. I really love how professional and cohesive my brand and agency are with Travefy!!

I honestly haven't even been able to use all the tools that I am paying for yet so I really couldn't say. I have 0 complaints!

Build out the contacts with more smart fields and some basic CRM functionality

Great place to build out itineraries and with the app, my clients have access to all their information on their phone, even offline.

Travefy has been so easy to use! The marketplace feature has been an incredible way to share forms/proposals/ideas with other people in the industry who also use Travefy. I have been able to provide clients with detailed and organized proposals and itineraries. The platform is easy to use and the Travefy team is always incredibly helpful and friendly!
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I track all of my sales totals and commissions in Excel, so it would be nice to have some type of reporting/tracking feature within this platform.

Travefy helps me stay consistent with proposals and itineraries while cutting my prep time down consistently!

Brand new advisor here! I initially purchased Travefy as a tool to help me present beautiful itineraries to my clients. I love how easily the platform is intuitive and interactive, and visually friendly the product appears to my clients. The surprise for me has been the amount of education I have received beyond building itineraries! I have gained valuable information for my business from sales flow, finding a travel niche, identifying clients, to general information about the travel industry. They are solving this already - but the ability to provide a client with multiple quotes in a clear way.

As a former visual arts teacher, the appearance of my communication with a client was very important. I love the graphics, color, and presentation of the communication I am able to share with my clients.

I have been a travel agent since March 2022 and I joined Travefy in the Fall of that year. It was one of the best decisions I have made! I found it an excellent resource off the bat for developing itineraries, but now there are so many additional options that I can appreciate! I love the Marketplace, and city guides! Being able to add my suppliers without having to add everything myself works wonders! Thank you Travefy!

I do wish there wasn't as much chatter leading up to the point of a webinar this week. Time is important to my busy life! Still, the webinars are helpful

Travefy solves the problem of clients feeling lost when their trip has been created! They can find ALL INFO put together on their app, including tickets, booking #s, and addresses to every single thing they are going to do on their trip
What do you like most about Travefy?
I’m new to the software, so far I’m enjoying it. It’s easy to learn and navigate. I love that it gives you a great starting point (Templates). The training sessions have been on point and great to follow. I haven’t been working with it that long, so I haven’t found any Flaws. So far Travefy has been my go to. I don’t need to look any further, I have found everything I need all in one spot. I’m an organized person and I love to have things in order.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
I have nothing at this time. Keep up the great work and listening.

The problem that is solves for me, is I don’t have to run to any other software or site to get things done. By being new in the travel industry, I’m not overwhelmed. Travefy makes me want to learn more and I get excited about using it.

Creating proposals and itineraries, its a great tool, and it keeps your clients information safe, secure and handy
What do you like most about Travefy?
The app which allows my clients to access all their travel details and documents on their trip. I've found that the flight notifications for delays and cancellations are often faster than the airline and the ability for clients to also message me on app is really terrific.
What are some areas of Travefy's product that could be improved?
Formatting emails to the client - there isn't a good way to add bullets, etc. When building proposals, the hotel descriptions and photos are sometimes minimal or outdated so have to be replaced. Eventually, though, you end up building your own library of things to pull in.
What problems does Travefy solve for you?
Detailed proposal and itinerary building. And access to an app that my clients can use on trip. It's just that extra thing and the convenience that makes me and my research for them, stand out.
