Overall TravelOnly provides a lot of resources to learn about the industry but it is very self-taught oriented with occasional events and webinars. It is a supportive community, where people support your questions and I am still very much in the learning phase of just knowing what resources are available to me. It has been a steep learning curve!

My main recommendation is to have training sessions that are a bit more geared towards different levels or tiers of experience. Theres been many times as a new team member I have sat thought the same "how toos" without truly learning the functionality of the program or supplier. Ultimately I feel like TravelOnly has a lot to offer as a host agency, but it could use some work on organization of learning materials and even start up communications about available resources (such as functionalities, marketing opportunities, of the website or client based management systems) so that new agents know what training to look up in order to learn more about their burning questions!

TravelOnly is a good Host Agency, response times to questions asked is generally quick, and head office is easy to talk to. A few more support staff, I feel would be beneficial at times, as I feel some of the head office team is spread fairly thin. Better regular maintenance on the supplier pages, with a date as to when it was last edited, would be helpful as well. Something else that would be helpful, would be better way to manage group space between agents. These are things I feel they are working on, but overall they listen to their agents, and try to make improvements for the future.
