I am so glad I picked Travel Planners as my host agency because they are truly there to assure your success . . . .lots of training, available via phone, live chat, and never make you feel like you are asking a dumb question. Their relationships with suppliers are strong!

I have been with TPI for a total of 12 years (8 on my own and the first 4 under another agent). I didn't even want to stay with them after leaving my previous agency but I did a LOT of research and realized that they really are the best! And they just keep getting better, year after year. They offer a ton of training and engagement for their agents and they also treat you like the business owner that you are. They work very hard to set you up for success. I don't need to be with a host agency with my volume. I WANT to be with TPI because they have my back in sticky situations, they foster relationships with the suppliers, and because I get a great return on my investment. They make being a small business owner attainable and simple. I hate to use the word "love" in business, but I love TPI!

Let me tell you, I feel right at home with TPI. From their very first contact, to the personal phone calls, to their 2 day insight orientation program, they have made me feel so welcome. Picking a host agency can be daunting! How do you decide, right? Many spreadsheets, conversations and interviews later I picked Travel Planners International (TPI) as my host agency and I am so glad I did! I just spent a week at their HQ for training and I can tell you, I am in the right place. The information and training were 5 Star but the people are outstanding. At TPI they see you as a person and are truly invested in your success. If you are like me and totally new to the industry you should strongly consider TPI - they care, they are accessible and they are always willing to help.

I was with another agency before who was an MLM format and I was not impressed. I decided to find a new agency and TPI was what I was looking for. After I joined I was waiting for things to go downhill like they did with the last agency but they have not. Their customer service is amazing and will get back to quickly. They provide you with an account manager for the first year to help you get started with them and so you have someone to show you the ropes/answer any/all questions. They don't make you feel like you are just another paycheck to them. They make you feel like you are a travel leader and they have amazing supplier relations and are willing to look into others. They really are an amazing agency to work with and I am glad that I chose to switch over to them!
