All I can say is WOW! I'm BRAND spanking new agent. I chose TPI for a few reasons over a few other agencies...the main reason was the support that was apparant. As a new agent, I'm overwhelmed. Still. Yet, I feel the support and the understanding from everyone, to get me on track to making sales.
The CRM system will be amazing once I get it up and running. I can't wait to update this review in 2 months. I feel I haven't touched the surface on what I can do with TPI as my support. Go ROCKSTARS
I have found my home at TPI! I was with another host agency before and I can say WOW what a difference in their teachings in philosophy of owning and running a profitable travel agency. TPI gives you outstanding support and education on how to own a successful travel agency. You never feel like you are competing against your host agency because they never put their name in front of the consumer. TPI is also a member owner of Signature which brings its own set of incredible opportunities. Signature offers additional training, technology and top contracts with suppliers. TPI and Signature is a winning combination for me.
I switched to TPI almost six months ago and have very positive experiences to report so far. Their marketing and supplier relations VPs are very active in helping and educating agents. A+. I had an issue that the accounting folks had to track down, also a positive, professionally handled experience. Their weekly webinars are consistently informative, idea-generating, and fun. The agent support staff are responsive and helpful; I had a lot of suppliers to juggle in switching over, and Alex and Corey were a big help with that. I feel (and find IRL) that I'm supported by the staff at TPI. It's too early to make a definitive assessment, but so far, I'm very glad I switched my host agency to TPI.

When I first started with Travel Planners International, they immediately treated me like family and that continues to this day. We actually started with a different host that really didn't work for us and TPI was willing to take on this newbie when others wouldn't help us until we had 5 years experience. Over the years, they have made me feel like I am NOT alone in this business and can always contact someone in the home office for help. They offer training that is fabulous and I LOVE their in person conferences and training sessions. I also appreciate that my business is MY BUSINESS. I can grow it as large as I want and they don't pressure me to make expectations that I can't handle.
Their group pricing for cruises is fabulous and my clients get wonderful perks because of this. I look like a rock star to my clients and because they know I will get them the best value for their money they come back time and time again.

I have been with Travel Planners International for 13 years now and can still say they are the Best! In 13 years not one problem, not one issue. Their support is beyond amazing. SOMEone at TPI is always there for you. They have the best training in the industry. There is just no negative when it comes to Travel Planners International. I would recommend them 100% to ANY Travel Agent.
I LOVE TPI - they are the best! There is So Much Agent support from TPI - you are never alone in your business. I love all of their in-person trainings and online also. The staff is just wonderful - always willing to help. This was the best decision I ever made .... to join TPI as my Host Agency. The website is very easy to use and they are always improving everything that they do and offer.
As a relatively new advisor, I have found TPI to be a very supportive host. They welcomed me into the family and are always available for me to ask a question or receive some guidance in learning something new. Their webinars are informative and their conference this past Nov/Dec was incredibly organized, educational and FUN!! I highly recommend joining TPI as a host agency!!

The want the Travel Advisors to succeed. Travel Planners International partners and suppliers are awesome they bring training, educate and communication. Customer service is exceptional and website portal for Travel advisors is high end in technology. Jenn Lee is awesome leader and team players. I am grateful and happy I found TPI. (Funny story I went to Ft. Lauderdale on Travel Convention back 2015 to looking for info on how to become a travel agent. When I stopped at there both. They told me they were in Orlando and I Laughed because I live in Orlando. haha It was a wrap for me. Travel Planners International is a fun group as well. Support for a season such as this!! I'll try to make this a reasonable length and say 100% I recommend TPI as a Host Agency. Prior to 2020 this recommendation would have still been positive, but now early 2021, I cannot express the way I have felt supported as an independent home based advisor. Being kept up to date, the advances in systems and procedures in the midst of global, company and industry loss, the live and personal education and connection, etc etc. It has been incredible. You reach out - you get a response. You have fears or concerns - they are met and addressed. Events are educational and fun and will be filled with emotion on returning to live events. Their relationships with suppliers has us as Advisors as a main consideration. The fellow advisor support is friendly, offering and sharing. I know there are a lot of options out there and I explored all of them and I have followed up on them throughout the pandemic - I made the "best" choice. TPI is a family...
I switched to TPI in the middle of COVID and even though I haven't yet made a single penny, my business is already 100 stronger than it was with my previous host. TPI's support and continuous motion forward has been incredible! Always someone available to answer my questions. The private FB group is a fantastic resource. The back end website is amazing and full of tools and information to really make you...well....a ROCK STAR!!!!!
Love TPI. I left another host that wasn't a good fit. There is great training all of the time. They are there in the background to support you and make sure that you succeed and that your business grows. They are always looking out for tools for all of us to help us sell travel. Everything and everyone is there to help you succeed. And they are there during the day if you need them, just a phone call or even a chat box away. You never feel alone. I have found my host.
