All I can say is WOW! I'm BRAND spanking new agent. I chose TPI for a few reasons over a few other agencies...the main reason was the support that was apparant. As a new agent, I'm overwhelmed. Still. Yet, I feel the support and the understanding from everyone, to get me on track to making sales.
The CRM system will be amazing once I get it up and running. I can't wait to update this review in 2 months. I feel I haven't touched the surface on what I can do with TPI as my support. Go ROCKSTARS
I have been very pleased with the level of organization and professionalism at TPI. The customer service is also top notch and includes a very helpful instant chat option. I am a beginning agent and have been impressed with the support I have received. No question is off limits, which is helpful when you are just starting out and are concerned about sounding stupid. The only thing keeping me from rating a full 5 stars is the small document fee that I have to pay to have documents mailed to me that the supplier can only send to the host agency by law. This has only been an issue with Disney reservations, as they regularly send the clients paper documents. Once you have your own IATA number, however, the supplier can send the documents directly to you. I imagine other host agencies have a comparable fee.
TPI provides excellent support in many areas. They are readily available with knowledgeable staff.
I've been with TPI for over a year. What I love most about TPI is the innovative, professional and helpful systems in place and staff. The accounting system in place is amazing and I'm always paid on time… Whenever I have a question "A Chat" to the office via the internet provides a quick response. Overall my short time with TPI has been a great experience... I would give them a 9 out of 10 and that's only because, my time with them has been short. Thank you TPI.

With 36 years Travel Industry experience – I am totally impressed with the Professionalism, state of the art technology, ease of operation and TPI’s ability to make us, IC s feel that we belong. TPI is always there to improve our knowledge, sources of higher profits. All this while staying very friendly, down to earth and approachable.

I had been with a couple of other hosts that were less than helpful, though they touted themselves as being A-1 when it came to hands-on training and attention to teaching you the ropes when I started almost 4.5 years ago. I basically had to learn the hard way about many things relative to the travel business.
TPI has really helped a lot, and I love their professionalism in doing so, rather than become impatient because you didn't know something.
I really shopped for a host. I liked what I saw with TPI, and highly recommend them for your journey in travel. It is a fun business when you find one that is attentive and nice too!
