All I can say is WOW! I'm BRAND spanking new agent. I chose TPI for a few reasons over a few other agencies...the main reason was the support that was apparant. As a new agent, I'm overwhelmed. Still. Yet, I feel the support and the understanding from everyone, to get me on track to making sales.
The CRM system will be amazing once I get it up and running. I can't wait to update this review in 2 months. I feel I haven't touched the surface on what I can do with TPI as my support. Go ROCKSTARS
The outstanding reason for selecting TPI...was the ability to master all the courses with a coach always giving me positive feedback. My continuing
education continues month after month with webinars from the list of preferred suppliers so I am constantly learning which enables me to meet my clients needs.
Whenever I have a question, the employees are responsive and answer all my questions....which as a beginner is so supportive. I am looking forward to their trade show in Oct. and ship tours to further enhance my knowledge which I believe contributes to being a travel consultant with a personal touch...TPI supports me, and I am proud to be part of their family.

I have been in the Travel Industry for over 35 years and have watched this industry change. In October I made the move to Travel Planners Intl. and haven't looked back since. Why it took me so long, I don't know. I am 52 years old, and I love the freedom it give me. Also, When I made the decision to become a host agent with TPI, I really didn't have clients beating down my door. All of those years I spent working in this industry was spent handled incentive group travel.
Now I do both, but on my own terms. I have built a wonderful client base and am still doing groups. Its been 3 months since I started and I am thrilled with my sales and with the partnership with TPI. They are always there for you. Outstanding service and training opportunities. There accounting system makes your life so easy, and believe me, I don't like that part of my job. With TPI, they have taken those fears away from me!

Good Morning! I just want to say that I LOVE this company!!! Everyone is professional and helpful. All my questions and concerns are answered in a matter of minutes. I started with YTB International in 2007. I was very unhappy with them and in 2010 started looking for a new Host Agency. I found Travel Planners, International and started with them July 2010. They are wonderful to work with and give the Agents all the backup they need. The TPI "family" is awesome. When you run into a problem the are there to help you out. They have put on some fantastic trade shows and also have classes to inform us what TPI has available to the Agents. They are truly a dynamite Host company. Their Marketing department is wonderful. They produce fliers that are professional and very classy looking for a phenomenal price. They are always offering educational webinars for the Agents to educate us and learn our products. Their relationship the the vendors is great and they have a great repoire with all of them. They pay the commissions to the Agents in a timely manner twice a month and the percentage that the Agents can earn is top of the line. I have recommended several Agents to come with TPI and they have all been very happy with them. Overall, they are the BEST!
TPI is my second host agency. I left my previous host agency because I had to constantly monitor commissions due to me and most often, I did not receive what I had earned. By contrast, TPI has an automated system, so that once I input the sale and commissions, I am notified when the supplier pays and again when the commission is deposited in my account. I love this system.
Another feature that I find extremely helpful is the on-line chat system. Whenever, I have a question, I can get a response by connecting to the appropriate department, and usually I am chatting with support staff within a minute--this is even more efficient than having a live telephone conversation.
In 2 years I have had no problems. I have had support and training. Everyone on staff is extremely helpful.
I will continue to recommend TPI to other travel agents.
Just started with TPI and so far the staff has been excellent at handling all the "rookie" errors I seem to be making! The system is easy. I was bombarded with several trips all at once so never booking with them before it's a learning experience and I'm glad they are willing to listen to all the questions!
TPI does a great job as a host agency. Their customer service is excellent and staff is a pleasure to work with. Their ongoing training makes it easy to stay informed and everything is very straightforward. I look forward to many years as an agent here.
