I have worked for other other based agencies who charged no fees and while the commission split was not tiered but 70/30 across the board, the support and training I received was none existent. Indeed I got what I paid for- zero in terms of support or training. I followed a Manager to Travel Agent Next Door, during COVID and when our previous agency (franchise) was experiencing some difficulty. I've found the back end support from TTAND to be outstanding. If you submit a request for assistance, it gets a reply within a day, but often within the hour. The commission is slightly higher, and being I'm with an associate agency, I have to say our manager is outstanding with assitance as well. I have no regrets about switching.
