I have been in the travel industry for over 32 years, working in bricks and motar environment -as ticketing agent, travel consultant, trip planner, and branch manager. About 15 years ago 2009 shifted to Independent home based agent, the host agency was difficult to deal with. In 2014 met up with Flemming -The Travel Agent Next Door - signed that day and never looked back.
Started in larger city, moved in 2017 to smaller northern community - but with TTAND continued support, communicating, providing technology, marketing and website, made this possible. During Covid was especially appreciated did not feel alone - was in TTAND community keep us informed and supported.
