After 12 years with another Canadian host agency I needed MORE! I have been with TTAND for over 7 years now and they truly are the best in the industry. We often are asked to write current reviews of our host and I have a hard time changing what I have written in the past as I truly believe that we have MORE Support, MORE marketing resources MORE programs than any other host out there. I initially trained with a different company and when that was completed, I felt like I still had no clue what was going on. I had shied away from TTAND because of the investment but after my first disaster I decided to bite the bullet and do it. I can tell you...NO REGRETS. I've never experienced support like this! Both with fellow agents and the company staff. The response is super quick, there is no dumb question, there is so much knowledge where I lack (which is almost every where), and the biggest thing is that I actually feel like everyone that I have encountered CARES. I have been with the The Travel Agent Next Door for about 6 months now. I was with a different host previously. This was by far the best move I ever made for my business. I get outstanding support from TTAND. Not only is the support quick and efficient, but it's also friendly. It truly feels like a big family, everyone helping everyone else. The technology that TTAND uses also surpasses my previous host - and this can make a huge difference in the amount of time we spend doing the "back office" work.

It's already clear, from the support shown, I've made the right choice! From Onboarding, to training to the support team, amazing so far.

TTAND is one of the best Host agency's out there. Is there room for improvement, of course, but as the Agency grows, challenges can grow with it. Overall the support is great. I do believe that Support can be inconsistent with response time. There should be a consistent timeline to get back to agents. Sometimes agents are left waiting for a response. However, for the most part, Support does their best to respond to concerns or emails. Flemming is the driving force of the Agency and works extremely well with the Agents and Suppliers to provide added support when needed. I don't know another man in the industry that works this hard, he's absolutely amazing. I have been with TTAND for nearly a decade and never looked back. Looking forward to many years with this Host Agency.
