New to the Industry:
We offer full training with all of the hand holding you'll ever need. You'll begin your journey with a live onboarding session. Then, you'll watch our pre-recorded training modules, complete with quizzes and PDFs to support your learning journey. Next, you'll join our live "Ask Me Anythings" multiple times a week for ongoing support.
Our preferred partners do live trainings each week to make sure you're always plugged in to the latest industry news.
Lastly, we provide you with all of the technology you'll need to kickstart your business:
- Customized email address
- Personal webpage
- Use of our logos and branding so you don't have to create your own (although you can if you want to!)
- Tern for itinerary creation, invoicing, and travel workflows
- Microsoft Teams to chat with other Sava agents and ask for advice
Once you begin to grow and need to bring in more help so you can stay focused on sales, we're waiting and ready to plug you into our support team!
Experienced Advisors:
Why go through the trouble of switching host agencies?? Because Sava Travel provides for you like others can't. We hire, train, and manage your support staff so you can focus on what you do best; selling travel. When you're ready, we have a fully trained virtual assistant that knows your workflows, the industry, and how to talk to customers. Read more about our Guest Experience and Pre Departure teams below!
At Sava, you'll make up to 95% of your commission. You will begin at an 80% commission split, but if you can prove your previous years sales, then you will begin at higher commission tiers. To start at 90%, you will need to have earned a minimum in $50K in commission within the last 12 months. To start at 95%, you will need to have earned a minimum in $100K in commission within the last 12 months.
We have preferred agreements with all of the largest names in the industry and sit at their top commission tiers.
Guest Experience Team
Do you spend too much time answering emails and client requests that don't make you money? At Sava Travel, after you book the trip, you'll introduce your clients to your Guest Experience Manager (GEM.) Your GEM takes care of everything from spa appointments to dinner reservations to birthday celebrations to last minute changes. If a client wants to move a tour, just let your GEM handle it. If they want to add on family photos, let your GEM do the research. If they want to know about the dress code....guess who's going to do that??
The program costs 10% of your commission earned, but our Advisors always see a huge increase in sales because now they have more time to focus on the activities that truly make them money!
Pre-Departure Team
Ever made a mistake on a trip?? Do you remember that awful feeling when the client found out?! Our Pre-Departure (PD) team will save you from that embarrassment forever! The PD team checks each and every booking on your trip.
- Flights: PD will make sure the flights have not changed since booking and will add in any TSA or Global Entry numbers
- Transfers: PD will contact each transfer and make sure they have the flight info as well as the client's contact info
- Hotels:
- PD will reconfirm the dates, names, and room type
- PD will ask about any construction or other issues the client should be aware of
- PD will as for a handwritten note to be put in the guests room from YOU
- Tours: PD will make sure that what you booked aligns with the itinerary in Tern
This program costs 5% of your commission earned when combined with our GEM team and saves our advisors roughly 3 hours for FIT trips!
1:1 or Small Group Coaching
Sava Travel believes strongly in the power of coaching. We want to meet our advisors where they want to be so we offer both 1:1 and small group coaching. Our methods focus on setting monthly goals with weekly action items that allow our travel advisors to flourish. Our agents love the gentle accountability and the huge growth numbers they see with our programs.
