The training videos she's created cover everything from the nitty-gritty details like where to find a client’s birthday or how to keep track of tasks, to broader topics like pulling commission reports or working with in-country partners. She’s taught me so much about how to sell travel effectively and ensure my clients have an amazing experience. It’s a ton of information, but it’s presented in a clear, organized, and engaging way. I still go back and review those materials and find them so helpful. I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without the support and guidance I’ve gotten from Tiffani.
