What is your starting commission, and how can I earn a higher commission?

Hi! I apologize for the delay.

We start nearly everyone out at 80%. You get 85% at $10k/yr in received commission and 90% at $40k. We also offer a 95% tier on a case by case basis.

if you are a non arc host agency, can we still become ARC certified on our own?

Yes, you could pursue and ARC accreditation but it's a very arduous process that's seldom worth it from a business perspective.
