Oasis is my 4th host agency. I joined a couple of years ago and so far everything has been great. I think I’ll stay put for a while haha. They are quick to respond to emails and help when you need support. They have a fb group where everyone is responsive and helpful. They have multiple events throughout the year and of course offer training if you’re a newer agent or need a refresher. They get 5 stars from me. I’m a happy camper.
I have been with OTN since 2011. This was my third host agency and I will never leave. I started as a part time travel agent and there was great support for a part timer. I had plenty of training opportunities to expand my knowledge from supplier knowledge to how to create group cruises. Now after being with them for 13 years and building my business to a more than full time career, they are there every step of the way. We have 4 in-person events around the world to learn from our preferred suppliers each year. We have the opportunity to meet theses suppliers and build relationships which only helps me build my business. Plus we meet other agents and form friendships. We have weekly training calls with suppliers and with some of our experienced agents on all sorts of topics. We know ever single person at the home office. We have an OTN Facebook group where agents help each other.
The company is transparent, has excellent communication, wants us to continue learning, provides multiple training opportunities, has the best commission structure in the industry and is there with an answer any time you need it.
