I did a lot of research before deciding which travel agency I wanted to join, and Magical Moments Vacations was always a standout for me. I had used one of their agents in the past to help plan my Walt Disney World vacation, and they were beyond helpful, kind, and full of great tips. They made my trip feel so special and made me feel like I was their top priority.
When I decided to take the leap and become a travel advisor myself, I reached back out to that same agent and asked a ton of questions. He never once discouraged me. Instead, he was incredibly supportive and encouraging. I had spoken with other agencies before, and none of them came close to the warmth and positivity I found at Magical Moments Vacations.
After my interview, I knew I had found my home agency. Everyone has been so welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond whenever I have a question. The training program was fantastic, easy to follow, and full of real-world examples that gave me the confidence I needed to start my business successfully.
The management team is amazing too. I love the monthly Zoom calls where we can ask questions, share wins, and get encouragement to keep growing. I am so happy with my decision to join the Magical Moments Vacations family and I cannot wait for all the fun journeys and adventures ahead.
I am absolutely loving Magical Moments Vacations. I am a new agent and I soon graduate from their academy and I have had a blast. The support is AMAZING. We have numerous groups that we are a part of with a WEALTH of information to help you along your way. Payment of commission is very reliable and on time. Matter of fact, sometimes we get commission early! The commission structure is also very good and better than many other agencies. The admins are supportive and very responsive if you have an issue or a question. Jen and Dana are the best!
I have been with Magical Moments Vacations since Nov. 2015. I started with another agency in Nov. 2011, and learned a lot and was not paid for most of my bookings through that agency. I have been really happy with Magical Moments Vacations and Jen Kistler. I love booking trip and working with my clients and my fellow agents. It has been a wonderful experience and I plan on staying with Magical Moments Vacations as long as Jen will have me. There is no better agency, agency owner or group of agents.

I started off my career with a travel agency that was dishonest and didn't pay commission. When I realized it was time for a change, I did a little research and joined Magical Moments Vacations. This is the way an agency is supposed to run. Jen takes care of her agents and pays them on time. Fellow agents help each other. We are given opportunities for training, learning, growing, and mentoring others. I'm very happy to be a part of this team!
