I am new to travel agency. I originally picked Magical Moments Vacations based on their size and their beliefs. I quickly realized that I 100% made the right decision picking this amazing host agency. The care I feel from all the agents is amazing. It is truly an agency that helps each other all the way to the President Jenn. The training program is amazing and I have learned so much! Without a doubt I am in good hands with this agency.
Magical Moments Vacations is a great agency to work with. They offer an extensive and thorough training program to all their new agents in order to fully prepare them for their careers. If you're new to selling travel and/or you want to grow in in Disney, Universal, Cruising, Hotels, and All Inclusive Resorts, MMV is absolutely the best place to go. You go through a fairly rigorous training program that teaches you how to write quotes, how to market your business and all the info you need from experts. You get easy access to experts in the organization who can answer loads of questions. The community itself is so positive, and the owner, support people and trainers are all wonderfully kind and understanding. I am so grateful that they've allowed me to work with them and I really can't recommend them enough. I learned a lot about the direction I want to take my business and I owe it entirely to the way this program is designed.

They offer an amazing six month training program that familiarizes you with different suppliers and teaches you wonderful insight on how to be successful in the industry. Magical Moments is a great company to get your travel career started. The training program they offer is top notch and the support is unmatched. Even if you think you know a lot about your niche, there is still more that can be learned and this agency helps identify those learnings. Outside of the training program the tenure travel agents are always willing to help give advice. Plus some agents have been around for many years which is a great sign of how great a company is.
