I hit the jackpot when I found Largay Travel, I had no experience in the travel business and didn't know anything about hosting agencies. But after long research, interviewing a few agencies, meeting with a few, I knew that my search was finished when I met Paul, Amanda, and Melissa, I knew right there I want to be affiliated with Largay. The Mentoring Program designed and teach by Melissa is A+++ outstanding – comprehensive, Brilliant, fun, innovative, and enriched by the support of the whole team Largay (Marketing, and air travel department). Largay offers a wealth of resources through its Advisor network, Facebook private group, and in preferred partnerships with the best in the industry, also is a big plus that they are affiliated with Virtuoso. Annual retreats are like family reunions, professional development is actively encouraged and fostered, especially through educational travel. Although I'm a independent contractor, have my own brand and work from home, I never feel entirely alone. Several years ago I was looking to work for a travel agency in my area. I interviewed to become a home based agent and was floored by all that I heard. Over the years, I found that everything they offered was true and more. Largay Travel isn't just working with a company that has been around for over 50 years. It's a company that makes you feel every bit like you are part of the family. In my 20 years of being a travel advisor, I bearly found an agancy that could come close to what I have experienced here. They help you grow in every way possible which includes education as a sales person and the knowledge of the world. Both the CEO and President of the company are not only professional business people but also compassionate and caring human beings.

I couldn't ask for anything more in a host agency. I researched 3 different agencies before I joined Largay. Largay was the best decision I ever made. There are not enough words to describe how great it is to work at Largay Travel. My wife and I owned our agency for 28 years and in the start of 2017 we closed our office as my wife retired. I wanted to keep working as a travel advisor. We knew Roland Largay while he was alive, Paul Largay, and Amanda Klimak for many years. We knew just how much they operated as a family with everyone included- and that their number one concern was helping all their agents become the best travel adviser possible. Amanda, who heads up the day to day operations at Largay is one of the most caring, thoughtful, sincere, people I know, putting each of us ahead of herself in wanting what is best. She and her staff nurture and train people who want to become travel advisers and work in this wonderful industry. We introduced Largay to our in house advisers at the time-ten of them- and recommended they join Largay with us- which they did and I know not one of them regrets their decision. I have worked in the travel industry for 40+ years and have spent the last several years as an independent affiliate with Largay. It was the best business decision I have made! The senior management and support staff are ALWAYS there to help and support me. As a seasoned agent booking individual vacations as well as large corporate groups I appreciate that Largay lets me run my business, but, when I need to collaborate or need assistance Paul and Amanda are always there. Over the last few months when we were all losing $$ due to cancellations because of the COVID situation, they did all possible to assist in getting refunds for my clients. Especially my largest corporate client that was facing heavy cancellation penalties with a cruise line. I wouldn't want to work with any other agency. Our annual retreat is not only beneficial because so many suppliers attend and training is offered, the evening events are creative and so much fun.
